- Name: Meili
- Class: Arcanist
- Portrait: that one i made that i don't have the link to
- Baseline: An Arcanist who really appreciates muscles/fitness.
- Personality: Not every vessel can serve every purpose. While Wufan is the primary caretaker of the Oracle, there's a select number of vessels also tasked with assisting the oracle in a more versatile manner. Those chosen for the prestigious burden of Archivist typically stick to the vessel's base in Misty Ravine, tending to more internal matters in contrast to the fieldwork of the guard. They focused on tending to the sick and injured, handling any civil strife and law the society dealt with, and - most importantly - recorded the legacy of the vessels and their history through various means, up and to including dance and ensuring the ceremonies and festivals that occurred were carried out properly.
- However, every single vessel had the same body type, and man was Meili sick of that. No matter how much she dance, no matter how much grace everyone carried themselves with, it wasn't -enough-. Just because her species couldn't pack on any pounds didn't mean she was ignorant to the potential other species had. Circles had their appeal, sure, but so did rippling quads and the ability to carry yourself with grace while -also- having the power to punch someone in the face and have it actually mean anything.
- Quiet yet firm in the knowledge of what she wants, Meili eventually and totally shirked her more home-centered duties to run off to Tharsis, even if she proclaims otherwise. To be fair, she still carries on the legacy and traditions of the vessels with sincere pride and does in fact work hard, she's just, y'know, getting a little eye candy now too. And besides, what better way to ensure the continued survival of their culture if not to have a second place to have it archived?
- Hardworking and kinda modest, a little deadpan, a little (un)intentionally harsh, her heart's in the right spot. And so are her eyeballs.

- Name: Tarte
- Class: Imperial
- Portrait: Imperial Girl 1B, give her dark hair and a strawberry hairclip bc i know what i'm about yo.
- Baseline: An aspiring chef who occasionally cooks food by purposefully overheating her weapon.
- Personality: The longer the empire's crisis goes on, the more Tarte is fueled by the nostalgia of better days. Back when you could savor the taste of a fresh strawberry pastry, or some meteor pumpkin that wouldn't poison you in most cases, or cloud goat stew with some actual (gasp) spices used. And even beyond that, a better time where you were allowed to make -mistakes- while you tried to cook any of the above, when you didn't risk starvation in the face of failure and you didn't have to default to gruel just to play it safe.
- Don't get her wrong, she still makes plenty of mistakes, but she isn't dead yet and that probably counts for something.
- She'd learned to overcome, to adapt, to survive as she took on a more proactive role in serving what little bit of her home was still left to serve. It wasn't like she automatically stopped being a chef's apprentice once she took up the blade, she just diversified her portfolio to make it a little easier to get fresh ingredients.
- She has family to feed at home, and if Tharsis still had something to give, then they better damn well give it to her. Kind and easily approachable, she takes everything in stride and is quick to get involved with anything that seems fun, especially when she can learn something new. It may be disrespectful to use her blade as a cooking tool, but, well, now isn't the time for pride. Diversity is the biggest counter to adversity, after all.
