Maybe try to be more consistent in your stance with TG? From what I've seen you seem to be at one extreme or the other, either hating TG or loving TG. In this regard, you might be deemed a "risk" as moderator, because the current rapid changes in your stance with TG suggest you might neglect your position easily
As harsh as it sounds, you seem like a wildcard. I think when you're doing things, you're extremely helpful (I've seen the past mod chat and the effort you put in)
But at the same time, I can see you quitting relatively easily

In all fairness, when it comes to my stance being swingy, if I am a moderator, I’m entirely committed since I have an opportunity to mold the community to better fit my image. Thus, no incentive to not be there. It’s basically, I don’t hate TG, I hate the direction it’s going in, so if I can don anything about it, I’d prefer to be a moderator than remain in the community. Now if I’m not selected, will I leave? (No) Impatience is the path to the dark side after all.
As for my work ethic, I was a moderator for a while, and I didn’t give up until I literally couldn’t take doing all the work.
Trust me I was under a huge work load. At the time, Ralo was a mod (didn’t do anything) Jerme was mod, (barely did anything), Goose was new and unproven, and BS was BS as he’s always been. Also Council wasn’t as stable. So I was doing a lot.
But now that I see the mod group as a much more stable and efficient group, with a good council beneath them, I think my commitment isn’t to change. Just try running this place all by yourself, to the point where you’re begged back.
Just saying. It literally took me quitting to shift TG into a direction where they weren’t overly reliant on me, or a single person. BS too was on the verge of quitting at one point too.

Things like "I was going to quit TG, but now mod applications are open" don't help your case

I mean, yeah, but again, why leave when I can be a part of the solution to the issues I can see?

Offering solutions to fix issues, and directly implying/saying you dislike TG and want to leave it are two very different things

I’d like to leave and dislike TG because of the issues though, and being Council and “suggesting” things isn’t very practical. Because “lol ecks dee you’re not mod not your decision”

Yes, but that's the problem, I wouldn't say wanting to leave TG because of issues with the system is a good approach if you're a Moderator

And how do we know that? What if Moderators don't accept your suggested "necessary changes", and you quit because of it?

That’s laughable.
As again, I wouldn’t jeopardize having the opportunity to even make changes to begin with.

I wouldn't say it's laughable at all, I think the things you've said, especially as of late, suggest you're quick to throw in the towel when something doesn't go your way
