If you’re having trouble downloading the Minecraft Launcher from the Microsoft Store, try reading through these issues to identify what’s going on.

I click ‘Get’ to install the launcher, but the installation fails.

Try looking at your Task Manager to see if the Minecraft Launcher is starting up at all, and end the task if so, using these steps:

Please double-check that you’re logging in using the correct email address – especially if you’ve recently migrated. If you recently migrated to an MSA, make sure you didn’t migrate to a different account than ** you’re using to login. If so, you want to contact Minecraft Support for assistance.
