∙ (SELECT STAR 5) Boil the bully (use shell to get there) (32)

SSL:
∙ Shining atop the pyramid (use crazy box over sand dune at start then use the intentional path to the star at the end) (36)
∙ Stand tall on the four pillars (hands fight) (At the start crazy box over the sand dune. Next unlock the cannon. Next warp to the cannon)
(Next get mario wings. Next use cannon to shoot to where the green shell box is. Use the green shell to stand on all 4 pillars. Enter pyramid from the top.)
(Fight is easy, but oddly enough physically collecting the star at the end is really quite challenging so good luck with that) (37)

Bowser in the sky:
Really quite hard.
3 B presses in the level:
∙ [B press 1]: backflip off rotatey thing
No B presses up stairs using epic but hard strat
∙ [B press 2]: jump with B off first pole
∙ [B press 3]: Jump with B off second pole
Get into pipe quite easily without B presses if you know the strat and setup
∙ Beat bowser and win

1 or 2 B presses in the level:

∙ [OPTIONAL B PRESS]: jump with B off first pole or avoid the B press by speed dropping off the pole (hard)
∙ [OPTIONAL B PRESS]: Jump with B off second pole or avoid the B press by speed dropping off the pole (hard)

Never been done by a player in real time. (so very, very, very, very difficult)
0 B presses!
∙ Avoid B press on rotatey thing by eating a goomba as yoshi. Then bounce of the goomba to
get up to the next platform
∙ Avoid B presses on poles by speed dropping (very very difficult)
∙ Avoid B press into pipe by doing (I have no idea)
∙ Okay and then the bowser fight is easy and you can feel epic about life
