Comments:
Comments are disabled by css on this sub. Yes, you can turn the css off and make comments normally. But I'm gonna ask that you don't do that. If you have comments on a post you should post them in the r/mylittlepony thread. We don't want to be starting a subreddit that steals discussion and interest away from the main sub.

 If you have something you need to tell the mods of *this* subreddit then you'll be best off using the message a moderator feature. Assuming the bot is screwing up, which is well within reasonable expectations, we'll try to come running as soon as we can.

If something really meta needs to be discussed in general about the sub then you can use MLPLmeta. If you have ideas about the sub, features to add to the bot, whatever, that's the place to put it.


Voting:

Pretty much the same gig as all of reddit. You're used to it. All we ask is that you remember to upvote both here *and* on the main sub.  It's annoying, we know, but there's no way around it. You like these sort of posts though right? That's why you're here. So we're encouraging you to put in a bit more effort to make the stuff you like more visible.

As for downvotes- If you feel something really needs to be downvoted then do it on the main sub. Even the stupidest original topics can end up being interesting, and we're not in a super-competative environment here. Anyway, details aside, we're asking that you save your downvotes for things that absolutely break sub rules. We can't be sure the bot won't break and not remove something that should have been removed. So if that happens that's when we really need the downvotes to come into play.

Long story short on the downvotes, we're rellying on you as the net to automatically spam filter things that seriously violate the main sub's no-NSFW policy, so save them unless that's the case.
