This Privacy Policy explains what data the **Grow A Garden 2** bot ("the Bot") collects and how it is used.

### 2. Data We Collect

The Bot stores only the minimum data needed to function:

- **Server (Guild) IDs** — to deliver alerts to the correct server.
- **Channel IDs** — to know where to send stock and weather notifications.
- **Configuration settings** — such as which categories or events a server has subscribed to.


The Bot does **not** collect or store message content, direct messages, personal information, email addresses, or payment details.

### 3. How We Use Data

Collected data is used solely to:

- Deliver restock, gear, and weather notifications.
- Remember your server's settings and preferences.


We do **not** sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

### 4. Data Storage and Retention

Configuration data is stored securely and retained only while the Bot remains in your server. When the Bot is removed, associated configuration data is deleted automatically or upon request.

### 5. Third-Party Services

The Bot relies on the Discord API and external *Grow a Garden 2* data sources. Your use of Discord is also governed by [Discord's Privacy Policy](https://discord.com/privacy).

### 6. Children's Privacy

The Bot is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by Discord in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from such users.
