SPECIFIC GAME INFO:

Gnat Attack is an awesome game that I love dearly but I think I would rather inject bleach directly into my eyeballs than do more speedruns with the SNES mouse. Congrats to Dode for taking down the long-standing WR held by andrewg's then-girlfriend Laura.

Devil World is a really awesome game that has been on my list for a long time, since it was Tezuka's first game. I got motivated to play it finally after seeing TMR play it. I played on the JP version, which might run faster than the PAL version that both dugongue and TMR played, but if so, you can do the conversion and my time is still WR by a little bit. REALLY awesome game that everyone should play, but it was a bit too stressful for me to grind down much further. Heavy RNG element and it comes with some of the same stress you might get from Pac-man or similar arcade-styled games.

Go Go Ackman 2 was an old favorite of mine from dugongue's list that I just never really got around to. Figuring out how to properly abuse deaths for bomb refills and understanding boss patterns helped get the time below 14 minutes, which was my goal. My run could still be improved by another 20 seconds or so at least, but I'll save that for someone else to tackle :^)

Motoko-chan no Wonder Kitchen is the surprise hit of the week. A Cooking Mama-esque game that shills Ajinomoto Mayonnaise every step of the way (the last recipe is fruit salad with mayonnaise, ugh), but it was super amusing just trying to work out the recipes since the directions were all in anime, and I can't read anime. A lot of fun to play through.

Hopefully the Thanksgiving break away from my stream will make it easier for me to come back refreshed. I think the big source of my frustration is wanting my stream to be successful while still producing the content I want to, which somehow seem at odds with each other. I'm going to try to stop whining at the bottom of these pastebins. I'm grateful to everyone who does watch me. I just want more.
