Backstory: A young woman of beauty and intelligence, who attempted to become favored in the Imperial Court, but was accused of witchcraft and forced to flee to her homeland and become a bandit queen, and then an Oni. Her demonic powers grew, but eventually a general with a holy sword was able to overcome her spells and strike her down.

Possessing it marks one as a priestess of the kami of untamed nature, andallows one to appease and control the fury of the heavens, both lightning and flame, as well as other elemental magecraft. Wielded in human and oni form, as a kyoryu it is embedded in the throat, allowing one to breath blasts of death, not dissimilar to other fictional dinosaurs...

The user must believe themselves to be a servant of Heaven, or a devil not even worthy of hell.

>Skill Effect A designation as an Oni by dint of legend. By rights, this should actually be Innocent Monster, but Koyo accepts being a demon, as a tool for survival and revenge.
- Monstrous Strength C (60): This strength augments her 'true' oni form, but is often superceded by the strength from shapeshifting to a kyoryushin.
- Charisma C (45): A legendary beauty, fit for an imperial prince, but also the strong will to not surrender, and form exiled ladies, oni-blooded exiles and local vagabonds into a force of rebels.
- Mana Burst - C (55): With the power of Kuzuryushin, this takes the form of Flame, Lightning, and even Tempest: Ironically, the elements of her enemies, the hated Minamoto
- Mental Pollution - C (45): Convinced of her own sullied nature and devolution into a demon, she forbids herself rest or solace, but instead turns her pain to the pursuit of her goals and the need for her bloody deeds.

Electricity of all kinds can be absorbed from the surroundings to power techniques and aid recovery. In addition, if a magical attack does not have physical substance, the logic of natural magic can say 'this is the same as a storm' and convert it to lightning, which dissipates without doing harm (to Koyo).
