We do respect your business and we have decided to give you 1 month free due to these rescent outages. Also we are thinking to change the server hardware and upstream provider. One month free of cost hosting account will be added to your account as a compensation. We also need your help when we will move the server hardware, it may change server's main IP address and name server IP's. This is the reason we can not replace the server hardware in hurry.

  5. We are thinking to change the server hardware in current month on any suitable weekend. We will update you 10 days prior about the migration process, you just need to change the name server IP addresses by contacting your domain registrar if your domain names are not registered with us.
