Reload if you die, and just try again until you get it.

first kill minions then kill Zanza himself. you can abuse break/topple so it’s an ok fight.
**Zanza II**
For 2nd phase keep Summon Ice on everytime and uses your two other slots for other summons. when he uses World reconstruction, cancel it with Melia’s topple, when the art is written below his name.
You can also do that on the second one, which skips the miions spawns and confuses Zanza’s AI, and he tries to use it again after cooldown, and you can keep going with this trick until he is dead. It’s inconsistent because you need to be able to topple at that moment and you don’t know when he will do that.

Zanza 3 is the same idea but starting right away so he is literally free.
