  1. When do you feel bad (dizzy) you should say the teatcher. When he isn’t around, you should lie down on the ground (don’t wait untill you pass out). Never go out from the gym, always ask the instructor. He said we can bring water/other soft drinks and food/snacks.

  4. Better don’t be late. There are information on the paper given to you, how to pass this course.

  7. On the begining we were measuring out pulses. He says „Start”, then you start counting. Then just say the number. He does the rest. Normally you are between 8-10 before warm up and 13-14 after the warm up.

  10. Now we are in the group A.

  13. He is goind to give us watches that we could measure the time.

  16. He has disassemblied dumbbell discs on that small barbell and said „always do it on the ground” :)

  18. Valuable items
  19. We can bring to the gym our valuable items, such as mobile phones, netbooks…
  20. Out mobile phones can be stored on windowsill.

  22. Exercises
  23. We always start from the warm up. When we do exercises, we should find the proper load. There are only information about the number of repetitions. When it says 16-19, it means – find the load that you are able to lift/do not more than X repetitions.
