  48. Infiltrating fake structures will now shut down the attacker's power by 120 seconds
  49. Cannot occur more than once per game

  51. 6. Tech Structures
  52. Oil Derricks have had their initial capture bonus reduced (350 from 750) until it is fixed to work with this system
  53. Now have an advanced damaged state or "advanced rubble"
  54. This puts the structure in neutral at 33% HP, meaning all of its functions cease to work
  55. The structure can be brought back online with an engineer
  56. 6.1 If the engineer is owned by the structure's owner, it will repair it to working state
  57. The owner will get his engineer back, which at this point needs to recapture the structure
  58. 6.2 If the engineer is owned by another player, it will capture the rubble, the player then
  59. needs to use another engineer to repair it back to working order
  60.  
  61. 7. Spawned Missiles
  62. Can no longer be targeted
  63. Reduced missile damage by 40%
  64. Increased speed by 20%
