There are two relavant terms in this chapter, the first of which is 補給用燃料 and the second 搭載燃料
The former is oil meant for refueling other ships, while the latter is oil for a ship's own boilers
Techncially, the former is considered part of the ship's cargo while the latter is separately classified as "bunkerage" or "stowage"
To make the distinction clearer I chose to translate the former as "fuel payload" and the latter as "fuel capacity"

Destroyers have a fuel capacity of around 400 - 600 tons, although Akizuki-san can stow 1000 tons.
Light cruisers, around 900 - 1300 tons.
And heavy cruisers, around 1400 - 2700 tons.
There must be carriers or battleships, then. Is this resupply for some critical, long-distance mission...?
