I've done faction leadership over three factions, 2 on lsrp and weazel here
And shit has caught me with my pants down a lot
Saints is good, but I see three paths
It'll either burn out, expand itself too diversely and encounter the weazel problem of how to manage it all effectively on a budget
or do well when I step down

I think an important piece of information is, that works for Saints, I'm 2/3rds of a way through a marketing degree, I know businesses, I know how to deal with competition, I know how to make business relationships and all that and I know the market
I've never been worried about the long term longetivity of Saints News unless I don't lead it

Well I got rid of her to make Weazel realistic.
A CEO doesn't run around doing all the foot work
not in a major company like that.
Once Weazel was large enough, it was unrealistic.
So I demoted myself.
Make an alt to take the CEO rank
and bought in a new char
as the faction had financial issues, I labelled it as the financial crash of September.
And all of a sudden you have an aspect development to the factions history.
