  1. Yes! I was a Moderator at the MCGamer Network for nearly 10 months until it shut down. At MCGamer I was also a Clan Staff which means I helped organizing Clans and moderating Clan Battles between different Clans. I also was a Mod Buddy which meant I assisted new Staff with any of their problems. I gave them information, tips, and I told trained them how to deal with certain things regarding rule breakers on the Teamspeak, Forums, and in game. MCGamer has multiple training sessions such as Hacker Identification where I was trained to know everything about catching players that utilize hacks. Staff also took tests on identifying hackers so that staff would have a full grasp of what type of hack the rule-breaker was using. I learned the most efficient ways to deal with situations on Teamspeak and on the forums.

  3. I was an administrator on Blockrealms. Blockrealms was the first Minecraft server I was ever staff on. There I learned the basics on how to properly handle different situations and how to cope with people kindly and professionally. I was a huge contributor to Blockrealms by recruiting hundreds of members, and creating trailers for the server. I made a lot of mistakes on Blockrealms, and there I really got to fix them and learn how to deal with mistakes in the future.
