While she works well with other weapons, the sniper rifle has been her calling since she was able to get her hands on one, her uncanny sight has allowed her to pick off enemies from a distance of three kilometers without aide from another or scope.<br><br>

Being secretly apart of a well known and powerful magical family, Chiyoto has the potential to be a powerful user of magic herself and she now has grown in this potential.<br><br>

<b>Mana Bullet</b>: <br><br>
A basic 1st level spell that is the manifestation of her magical energy, which is then expelled towards the enemy/opponent that travels a standard 950 feet per second. - <i>Ranking: Mastered</i>

<b>Advanced Mana Bullet</b>:<br><br>
An expansion on the Mana Bullet, which shapes itself into something extremely similar to the .50 BMG, which allows it to travel 3,000 feet per second. - <i>Ranking: Mastered</i>

<b>Weapon Construction</b>:<br><br> The ability to form a certain type of weapon with mana concentrated energy, the only fall back to this being that Chiyoto in particular must know the gun inside and out for it to work as she wants it to. Example, Chiyoto can create some of the more powerful Sniper Rifles in her world, but something like a grenade launcher is not possible. -

<b>Energy Manipulation [Dark]</b>:<br><br> The ability to manipulate the energy around her, the medium to pull forth this energy is from a dark physical place, but if she were to somehow manifest energy from her own mana pool, it would turn dark nonetheless. Normally this power is used to "load" her weapons she made from the power listed above, but she can use it freely. - <i>Ranking: Mastered</i>

<b>Dark Rain</b>:<br><br> Using dark energy, this spell manifests itself into reality, causing vibrations in the air as they form around the caster before being thrown into the air to fall down similarly to rain. Upon contact, it taints the body of the victim and causes immobilization. Can be cured with Light magic, but due to the spread [ Anywhere from a few feet to three miles ] it's known to be quite deadly. - <i>Ranking: Intermediate</i><br><br>
<b>Hell Vision</b>:<br><br> By altering the senses of the victim, the caster can induce a horrifying ordeal they suffered through onto the victim; for Chiyoto, this is the memory of her being powerless as she was close to being raped. This can cause PTSD, and several other mental disorders. - <i>Ranking: Beginner</i><br><br>

<h2>To Be Revised</h2>
<b><a title="Destroyer of Cities">Toshi no kuchiku-kan</a></b>:<br><br>
A spell that with the aide of Raum, the Fallen Angel within her, creates a layer over a perimeter; this layer appears as a violet sky and depending on the terrain builds a chunk of a city similar to Kyoto. This gives her an advantage for knowing the new terrain, allowing her to perch on buildings to snipe her target; or if forced, allows her to fight in close quarters with the option to flee and hide. The longest she is able to hold up this spell is about half an hour with Raum's help, without she is unable to hold it for longer than ten minutes at best. - <i>Ranking: Mastered</i><br><br>

Born on December 19th, 1993; "Yoki Kai" grew up in a split home, her father working with the Yakuza allowed no free time for his actual family, as it would put them in danger. So, Yoki was raised by her Mother for all her life, the only time she managed to see her father being in scarce moments of a week at the very most, still those times were used wisely to teach Yoki how to do.. less than legal things such as lock picking and how to properly hold a blade. With her Mother's body weakening with both age and sickness, it landed upon Yoki's lap to do most of the work around the house, pushing her 'selflessness' to it's fullest capacity. It had gotten to the point that at one time she would do something that was better meant for a worker than herself without even realizing it.
<br><br>
By nineteen, Yoki and her Mother went to England in order to visit an adoptive grandfather, it was here that Yoki would make it as a model in a minor popular magazine. She eventually had to quit though, moving back to Japan being the best option for her dying Mother. So it was quite a surprise to see that her father had come to visit- though this would of course lead to disaster as Yoki's Mother feared.
<br><br>
The branch had been compromised by a detective, and Yoki's father, along with his 'brother' and right hand man, were currently being hunted down by said detective. Yoki's Father abandoned them all in order to escape, the 'brother' had much more devious ideas in his mind though. Threatening to kill Yoki's Mother, the young girl was being forced with the decision to lay with the man. Seconds before such a horrendous act could be done, the detective managed to barge in and kill the attacker, saving Yoki's life.
<br><br>
So it wasn't hard to imagine that Yoki grew a large inspiration to become a detective herself, the rage of her father leaving her behind with such a sickening man only served as fuel to get a complete degree in Criminal Law. Yoki managed to get a full ride through College because of her creepily realistic art style, so she minored in Fine Arts as well.
<br><br>
Half way through College, Yoki was approached by her savior with the intention of becoming the detective's trainee, which she accepted happily. Finishing her degree, Yoki was sadly unable to enjoy the celebration with her Mother, as she passed away a few months before hand. Still, in her name she would continue her training under the detective in hopes of acheiving the promise she made to her after the horrifying ordeal she suffered through.
<br><br>
The detective's name? She goes by Crystal.<br><br>
