  Summary:

    - Woke up on my bed early, with the light
    - Grocery shopping at Freshfield and Gabby's Goods
    - Met with A. and N. at Starbucks on Northfield Ave.
    - Drove to the Historic National Memorial (in Farfield, SC)
    - Saw my coworker B. B.'s "Overture"
    - Came home exhausted


  06:45 EDT  Woke up on my bed early, with the light


  I woke up in my bed naturally this morning, with the sun beaming
  down on my face through the slats of the window shade.  Quietly got
  out of bed, headed to the bathroom, put in my contacts, showered,
  shaved, etc.  Got dressed, put some water on the boil[N1].
  I made a bowl of oatmeal with fruit; ate it I listened to
  music[M1].

  I headed out at around 11:30 EDT towards Freshfield in Washington
  Plaza down the road in Flintville, for grocery shopping.


  12:00 EDT  Grocery shopping at Freshfield and Gabby's Goods

  I bought green, yellow and dark green bell peppers and berries at
  Gabby's Goods (I'm done buying non-Organic berries, and I can't
  find any at Freshfield), and apples and pears at Freshfield.

  At Gabby's Goods, I received a text from A.R. inviting me
  to Starbucks.  "K. is here", he added.  "Ok.  ETA 30 minutes
  D2D", I responded [Indeed, within half an hour, I was walking to
  Starbucks.]


  13:00 EDT  Met with A. and N. at Starbucks on Northfield Ave.

  After driving home and dumping the groceries on my counter, I
  quickly walked over to Starbucks on Northfield Ave., where I met with
  A., N., G. and A.'s "step-daughter" (his term, not sure
  what the entails) Jennifer (she's 20, Ukrainian and gorgeous).  We
  talked about [...]


  15:00 EDT  Drove to the Historic National Memorial

  Driving to Allentown was a project, as always.  It's even worse
  considering how I don't have a proper holder for this phone, so that
  it sits precariously on my thigh with me having move my head down to
  look at it as I drive (strike 1), it losing GPS signal midway into
  the drive (strike 2), its audio directions not being darned loud
  enough (strike 3), and Allentown's roads being fucking confusing
  for me (strike 4).  I actually passed the proper entrance to the
  place and was headed (via Google Maps' re-routing) towards a wild
  goose chase towards some back entrance that I found was gated off
  and locked ("Access Road" or "Service Road", one of the two).  It
  took me fifteen minutes to find my way back to King Street and then
  to the proper entrance on Callone Drive, since the Google Maps GPS
  was intent on taking me back to that locked back road.


  16:00 EDT  Saw B.B.'s "Overture"

  At the venue, I saw the orchestral performance of my coworker B.B.'s
  composition, "Overture".  It was very moving.  He's been working on
  it for a decade now.  Met B.'s wife, M., and their son M.  Also met
  members of the Allentown Symphony Orchestra, including an Indian
  girl P., a woman named A. (she played cello, she's from Germany but
  has lived here in America for many years, and we spoke about my experience in Israel
  and about how I play piano), H.H. (violin), and K. [something]
  (violin). B.B.'s Overture happened in the middle; the performance
  was of movie songs, and it was positively packed with people.  I
  took photos and recorded the Overture's entirety with my Samsung
  Galaxy S3.


  19:00 EDT  Came home exhausted

  I drove back from Allentown and by the end felt absolutely
  exhausted.  I had intended to go to the gym, but now there was no
  chance of that.  I ate, made a HUGE salad.  I call it "Son of
  Salador" in honor of a previous giant salad I had made previously on
  (20130601).

  Anyway: not only did I not go to the gym, but I also did not work on
  my InternetSecurity4All project.  I'm supposed to have something
  meaningful to show the rest of the group by tomorrow (20130630)...

Notes:

N1.  Personal coffeemaker.  What a piece of garbage.  Apparently its
     heating element doesn't work anymore, and it doesn't heat up the
     water that much. I made do with boiling the water in the proper
     water boiler and using the filter apparatus from the coffeemaker
     to filter the coffee.  I'll get a new one at Target.  It's like
     $15.  Anyway.. I used the Ethiopian coffee I had
     bought this past Sunday (20130623).  I prefer matcha to coffee
     personally, but nonetheless it's good to have it around in case
     others want it.

General Notes:

GN1.  Driving to and back from Allentown.  I hit congestion on the
      ABC Bridge.  Fuck.  It.  Is this what next week
      bodes for me now that we're working back at HQ in Farfield
      instead of at the client site in Flintville?  Ugh.
