?Maturity
I would personally say that I am mature in all situations and I don't make silly jokes about people. I am mature always in front members of the network but of course, when I am talking to friends on the staff team I would like to have fun.

?Loyalty
I would like to say that I am very loyal to people I will always give support to people until they don't need any support anymore because like I said before in "Why do you want to become staff?" I said I do it for fun and for the people so they have an enjoyable time on the server and I will sit on my computer for hours on end helping people.

Personally I would say I am a kind person I will be kind to someone if they were being rude to me I wouldn't snap back and make a mistake I will move forward and forget about it because we are all human and we all make mistakes but that doesn't mean I should dislike them for mistakes.

I am not biased to members nor staff members if a staff member that is my friend broke any rules as a staff member I would go straight to a staff manager because it is unfair. If someone that I disliked joined the staff team I would be welcoming and happy about them getting the position! If a YouTuber/famous YouTuber needed help or said they got false banned I would unban them nor will I treat them differently to the members of the network.

I am very dedicated to the network and I want to make it an enjoyable environment to play on. I will dedicate time by helping players in-game, forums and Teamspeak and I will make sure they are getting the best help I will always be on.

I will be on the network non-stop making sure that everything is running how it should be and making sure that no members are breaking the rules and ruining the other players time on the network. I will be active by catching cheaters and helping players.

I will be in Teamspeak everytime I log into my computer and I will clear support rooms if there are any players that need assistance and I will make sure they are getting the best help.

I have had experience in screen sharing and I have been Screen Shared Verified on Vanix and people can back me up with that. I know how to efficiently screen share someone and I know all of the mod sizes off by heart.

I have been playing on Minecraft since 2013 and I can prove that because I have one of my old accounts still because that was the only one that I remembered before getting ratted. So I know what the difference is between a cheater and a natural player. I have been staff on six servers which is good because I have had plenty of experience.

I would say that I am good at multitasking but when it comes to a staff meeting or me helping someone in TeamSpeak I would stop what I would be doing and I would listen because it is very important because I wouldn’t want to ask them to repeat themselves because it would look bad on me.

I would say that I am pretty fair when it comes to sorting out problems because I would listen to both sides of the stories e.g: if someone came into TeamSpeak reporting someone for saying or doing something I would ask that person to come into TeamSpeak and then I would listen to both of them separately. Even if it took 7 hours to sort out this problem I would sit on my computer until the problem has been solved.

I respect everyone even if I may not like them I would still respect them for who they are. I respect the owners of this server because from previous experience it is very hard owning a server and keeping everything together. I respect my elders so I wouldn't swear at them telling them to go away but you may know what I mean.

?Scenario #1
Someone Cheating (Not Blatant)
So first of I would watch the player for a good 10 - 15 minutes and if I think they could be cheating after the results of me watching them I would go ahead and Freeze them and then I will tell them to join TeamSpeak and they have 5 minutes to join or a perm ban. If they join and they admit of course I would ban them accordingly but if they deny it I will ask to screen share them (If I don't have Screen Shared Verified I will ask someone to do it for me). If I or another staff member that has Screen Shared Verified finds any type of client or clicker I will instantly permanently ban them for lying to staff and using a modification that gives them the advantage.

Someone Cheating (Blatant)
Well, the obvious answer would be to ban them instantly for whatever they were using but I would at least watch them for 10 - 15 minutes again. If I am a helper at the time I would ban them for 30d then get a higher staff member to permanently ban them later on.

Someone Coming Into TeamSpeak Shouting/Swearing
Well, to start off I would ask them very politely to talk to me calmly if they follow that instruction that would be great! But if they carry on I would have to revoke their talk power and tell them to "calm down and tell me when you're ready to talk to me calmly". I will be speaking to them calmly maybe having to raise my voice louder than theirs so they can hear me. If they do not cooperate with me I will just let them talk to me how they want then I would fix their problem. But if they came in as a joke making racial comments and disrespecting me and the server I will temporarily ban them for however long is necessary.

Someone Threatening Another Player/Me
If someone came into TeamSpeak complaining about someone threatening to DDoS them/Dox them I would first take this always serious because this is nothing to joke about just to clear this up if they were joking about DDoSing another member or doxing another member I would permanently ban them for joking about a serious action that is illegal. If they don't say anything I will ask them to open up an AnyDesk and I will search for a booter or I would look for a dox and if I find a booter with IP's in it and its IP's from people that play on the network I would blacklist him or get a higher staff member to blacklist him and I will go on multiple big servers and get them to blacklist him as well. If I don't find anything I would ask the guy to send screenshots of the messages that he was sent and then I would ask the guy why did you say this and if he has no response I will simply permanently ban his IP. If they threaten me I will permanently ban their IP or hopefully blacklist them!

Someone Using A Voice Changer/Soundboard In Teamspeak
First of all if I get a complaint about someone using a voice changer/soundboard I would go into the room asking them to stop using the Voice Changer/Soundboard and then leave the channel but if I get a complaint about the same person I will go in there and tell them that they are going to be banned for 2 - 3 hours depending on what they are using.

Catching Someone Abusing
If I caught someone abusing and I wasn't a platform admin/manager I will go to a manager/owner and I will tell them what I saw and if I see them again I will definitely get proof. Abusing is a serious thing because you lose all trust.

Someone comes into TeamSpeak complaining about the anti-cheat
If someone comes into to TeamSpeak complaining about getting false banned by the anti-cheat I would first ask if they have any type of recording at the time they got banned if so I would watch it and listen to him clicking his mouse button. If not I would clearly say "I can't unban you without a recording" and then I would apologize and say "You can wait for higher staff or you can buy an unban or wait for the bans to be reset.



Why do you want to be staff on CavePvP?

Well, the first reason as to why I want to become staff is I want to help the server/community become less toxic and more enjoyable to play on. I feel like I can help alongside with this by punishing the rule breakers on the network. I want to stop all the people who are ruining the fun by being rude/toxic to players or cheating, I don't know why there are people like that who do it for fun. I want to become staff because I know what to do in many different situations and I really enjoy working with servers helping the server to the best of my ability.

Another reason as to why I want to become staff is I feel like it is my job/duty to help the players on the network to make sure they are having an enjoyable time on the server. I want to bring the server together as a family and keep everyone safe and happy. I want to become staff because I would love to meet new players/staff members and make new friends! I want to become staff to build on my teamwork and my skill as being a staff member.

I resigned on the Forcide network for multiple reasons. The first reason as to why I resigned is because my internet was broken and I felt like there was no point staffing because I couldn’t another reason is because the staff members are toxic and immature and they made fun of some disabled people when in fact I have a disabled uncle and it isn’t funny when they made those jokes.

I loved faithful it was personally the best experience I had I met a lot of new people and I enjoyed staffing there. I was demoted because I replied to a staff application on NexorPvP and they demoted me because it was Mixton's a server probably. I guess I was demoted on a good note and I never did anything bad but I made a silly mistake.

HCNations was a good run as a staff member! I had no problems with other staff members and I think I got along with everyone pretty well! I resigned because I felt like the staff manager was promoting random people within a week and recruiting random people as well.

Vanix was a good server that I did really enjoy staffing on I met a lot of lovely people and I would like to thank them for teaching me new things whilst staffing on this server. The server was originally owned by three people Sefly, MatOG, and funkemonkey. The server was lovely but they recently sold the server to someone that goes by the name ‘iMCGamer’.

I know the proof says ‘Moderator’ next to my name but I was promoted shortly after this video was released. I have some people who can back me up such as ‘Sefly’ or ‘Escapers’

I would like to start off by telling you why I was demoted… I was demoted due to me calling the owners out for ddosing/doxing another staff member to see if they were a Girl. But this started off by me getting told by one of the owners that they did this so I told one of this "Girls" friend and he basically didn’t do anything. But someone that was in the channel with me at the time told the owners that I passed this message onto one of the eGirls friends. And this resulted in 2 strikes. So after I trashed talked the server a little bit because I was a triggered12-year-old kid that didn’t know how to control his anger. So basically after I trashed talked the server I was demoted. But after I apologised and I recently staff on HCNations with both of the owners.
