  1. start to dash is exactly all skills (tbd whether 3 or 4hp is better)
  2. quick flame at brb entrance
  3. magnet at darkness
  4. going to dj -- open the 2 energy door on the way down (must carry a longer SA for the dj cs skip)
  5. rekindle at dj
  6. get the grotto teleporter
  7. spark flame at ginso
  8. tp ginso -> grotto, do swamp entry
  9. dbash to get the roof ec
  10. clear right swamp, head through spider area (taking health cell -> 6hp)
  11. IF the swamp dbash chain is not done, leaving right swamp for later may be faster
  12. feather as normal (see when we can level cdash)
  13. do sorrow
  14. do misty (get climb for the grenade jump in lower brb)
  15. get gumon seal then do blackroot
  16. teleport back to valley and do forlorn
  17. consider: detour for the cell in the water in valley entry (probably have to)
  18.  
  19. IF the swamp EC was obtained earlier:
  20. from forlorn, teleport to grotto
  21. clear grotto toward death gauntlet
  22. clear glades, go up through cflame tree
  23. consider: use the keystone door and do the valley cell now rather than earlier (probably bad)
  24. clear grove, get stomp cell, clear horu fields, enter horu
  25.  
  26. IF the swamp EC was not obtained earlier:
  27. from forlorn, teleport to glades
  28. clear glades, loop back to grotto
  29. clear grotto towards laser area
  30. dip into swamp for the roof EC (either rjump fish, grenade jump, or cjump+climb right wall to get)
  31. clear right swamp + stomp cell
  32. clear grove, clear horu fields, enter horu
