  1. A little over a year and a half later, the story of Mike Schmidt and his ragtag bunch of friends has finally come to an end.
  3. To be honest, it doesn't really feel real to me, and I don't know if it ever will. This project ended up being far greater in scope than I'd ever initially imagined, and it's no exaggeration to say that it's consumed the vast majority of my life over the last eighteen months. Even during the nearly four month long gap between chapters 45 and 46, Weaver and I were hard at work on the story behind the scenes whenever we could spare the time, even if it was just to sit down and talk about the characters or brainstorm ideas for the last few chapters. We've poured heart and soul into making Roommates the best story we possibly could, and while it may not be a perfect work, I think I speak for both of us when I say we're proud of what we accomplished here.
  5. That said, the dust has begun to settle, and I feel it's time for me to move on, both from Roommates and /5N@F/ as a whole. From my personal experience, there's never a good time to say "farewell", but I feel a proper goodbye is the least I can do. I've had a heck of a lot of fun working on this project, and I'm glad to see that it's amassed a number of dedicated fans -- far moreso than I ever could've dreamed of, many of whom have produced amazing content based on the story and its characters.
  7. There's been some speculation along with a few inquiries (both publicly and privately) about what my next project might be. To be honest, I don't know, but if I do decide to write anything else -- FNAF or otherwise -- I'll post it right here to my Pastebin page.
  9. I'm humbled and indebted to everyone who stuck it out with us through the up days, the down days, and every day in between. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all so much.
  11. Your friend,
