  1. [17:12] Lavinia certainly had some drive, especially when it was fuelled by a degree of anger and resentment. Her TAIL had been sliced off, this was not going to fly so easily! And so, she sought to use the skies to find that 'albino' she had been wronged by.
  2.
  3. The search was taken with some caution, as she was nearing enemy territory, but it seemed as though she wasn't the only one thirsting for a rematch. Anikos was practically SERVED on a platter for her. And of course, she'd indulge.
  4.
  5. A black ray of light shot down onto the sandy shore south of Osrona. In its wake, the dark drakanite with deep purple wings and horns like onyx emerged from the miasma of occult that formed from the impact.
  6.
  7. "I've found you, Anikos, the Albino Dragon."
  8.
  9. She'd be crouching, her metallic tail held by both her hands as she gently caressed it, calibrating it for battle. Her shining, blue gaze did not meet the male's figure until she had did the last tweak on the appendage, before retracting it to have it adopt a more battle-proper position.
  10.
  11. "And we have some unfinished business. Though, it is a shame to see you are no Dragon of Light. So . . . Disappointing."
  12.
  13. The drakanite lamented, scaly fingers hooking in frustration as a miasma of occult seemed to ooze out of them.
  14. (Lavinia Walters)
  15. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  16.
  17. [17:18] And he was found. Even though he was meditating and thinking on his life choices and how he gotten this far, he simply only had the hope that he can find the strength he needed. A resolve that was going to change his entire pace and make himself something entirely different, and better.
  18.
  19. He knew, that in his defeat against the Demon's boar, that he wasn't fully ready to deal with the world in general. He needed more things to practice with. And even though he was strong in the art of time magic, he was not strong in what really mattered - speed.
  20.
  21. He was fast, no one could tell him different. However, he didn't know how to transfer such power from his speed to his strength. That in itself is what he was lacking. Believing that he could find meaning into this, he went to the beach to just do that. To think, to wonder, and to find the answers to his questions without the worry of people finding him.
  22.
  23. However, that hope changed when the swishing of the metal tail, as well as the voice of someone so familiar came across. His hazel eyes daunting over towards Lavinia as he bit down on his bottom lip in pondering. "I see."
  24.
  25. Standing up, Anikos would get up and stare directly at them with his right hand holding on to the blade and taking it out to the black dragon of sin. Only aiming it towards them as their destined rematch came across. "Alright, let's settle this then. Don't be mad when life crumbles before you at my speed."
  26.
  27. He took a deep breath, only utilizing nature for what it was worth in the wind, and focusing it into a single sweep of the blade itself. "Come."
  28. (Anikos Cirillo)
  29. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  30.
  31. [17:29] And the battle ranged on, letting the two dragons start to do their dance. The demon of darkness already fighting against the dragon of the wind and time as they went back and forth with their blade work. Granted, that his blade was an actual blade, their mithril staff was enough to spook them.
  32.
  33. The area around the two, full of trees and bushes were slowly dying to the corruption of the occult. The air was getting harsher for the environment and the animals in the area. And for Anikos, he was just suffering from not being able to properly breathe from the area entirely.
  34.
  35. However, that was the least of his concerns. When the Dragon rained in, Anikos would dive in as well. Blade and Staff colliding at separate points as Anikos noticed that the very tip of the blade had nothing more than darkness on it. And while he was doing a good job of parrying the staff again the blade, he could feel a bit of his mana drain from him.
  36.
  37. However, that didn't stop him. Anikos wasnever the type to keel over during these rash situations. Instead, the half-dragon would manipulate the winds into his blade. Circulating it properly and letting the blade become lighter as his strikes would hit with more accuracy and speed. Such speed that was blinding that even Lavinia could tell that some of her clothes was getting cut here and there.
  38.
  39. And, finally, the blade would meet its mark. The very tip of the blade being able to cut through the side of their stomach as blood would start to come. And in that very moment, the scales of Lavinia's figure would feel it as well. And with his right hand coming towards their torso, Lavinia would feel all of the wind focus into that general area before something magical happened.
  40.
  41. A massive shockwave - a mixture of his own energy and the wind coming together to push them back into trees and wild life, and forcing them into a retreat. A swing of the blade as the wind left from the tip as he sheathed it.
  42.
  43. "You live today. Find help."
  44. (Anikos Cirillo)
  45. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  46.
  47. [17:30] * You have been awarded 1 Roleplay Points! *
  48. [17:42] The dragon of wind and time. Didn't sound as good as the dragon of light, or the holy dragon. A shame, one would have to do some work on that. But regardless, one would have to deal with these elements whether she liked it or not.
  49.
  50. The fight started off on equal footing, though this time the albino dragon had taken the upper hand. This series of frustrating setbacks reflected keenly onto Lavinia's composure. She was angry, both because of her tail, but also for something else.
  51.
  52. "Tsk! You're a dragon but you don't even harness your blessin'! You're like those demons that revel in the dark, but hide behind the light of a star they shouldn't even be bound to!"
  53.
  54. Her tantrum would be what cost her the fight. Furious to know why he was neither a true dragon nor an emissary of the light to counter-balance her overwhelmingly dark figure, Lavinia sought to devour him from within. His life force was one thing, but she wanted more.
  55.
  56. She wanted to do as Daemia did. See his emotions and thought, to devour them and rid him of his willpower. A mixture of her newfound witch powers and her high level of control on the dark got her somewhere, but by then, she'd eat that shockwave to the face after narrowly getting pierced!
  57.
  58. "BLARGH!"
  59.
  60. A nasty gurgling sound emitted from her mouth followed the crash she had made against the many trees that were in her trajectory. Evidently, she had been hit in such a way that allowed Anikos to repulse her.
  61.
  62. But Lavinia was a stubborn one, especially since she had to drag a piece of metal everywhere. Flapping her wings, she ascended to better see the albino dragon from her distance.
  63.
  64. "Tch! The shame I feel now is not one born of defeat, Anikos! It is a shame born from realizin' I had a shred of hope that you'd be somethin' special! One t'dawn the wings of light as I spread my wings of darkness. Such a phenomenon, could bring our kind back to the relevance it deserves! We are DRAGONS! And yet y'hide your greatness."
  65. (Lavinia Walters)
  66. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  67.
  68. [17:50] Their anger was justified for the Lavinia, not only did they have a numerous amounts of setbacks. But it was also the horrible fact that he didn't even wish to utilize his heritage. Even though he really did wish for those abilities to come out, he decided to use what got him this far at such a young age: his human heritage and swiftness.
  69.
  70. The more that Lavinia spoke, and the fact that she sheds her wings and takes flights reminds him of how feeble he is in comparison. By all means, he had no right to be considered a drakanite. He didn't have the anger or pride to say such a thing. If anything, he was just nothing more than a mere human.
  71.
  72. But that didn't stop them from trying to be greater while using what he believed to be the better half.
  73.
  74. "You're right. I could be something much greater, but this is all you get from me, and this is all I will give to you." Moving his hand back to the blade to unsheathe it, not only would he utilize the winds once more to surround his blade and enhance his reflexes, but he would use it properly.
  75.
  76. The tides of winds that made them float and fly was starting to alter as he would utilize the winds to focus on them. Only to twist and twirl them into a spiral of sorts and making them push away from him properly. Only making them go out of view and for him to contemplate on things even further.
  77.
  78. But he did have one remark...
  79.
  80. "I won't ever need it... if it makes me like you."
  81. (Anikos Cirillo)
  82. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  83.
  84. [17:58] "Like ME?! Li- Fuck."
  85.
  86. By then she realized the tornado he had conjured around her. He was quite keen on getting rid of Lavinia. How dull. How frustrating. The drakanite didn't have much choice here and had to back off. Though bot before she'd extend her arm to his direction, her scaly palm pointing right at his core.
  87.
  88. Nothing would truly happen there. She had been hit way too hard to be able to compose herself and use mana properly. But there was a sinister will being exercised. One hungering for something. One famished for answers.
  89.
  90. Perhaps Anikos could feel it, but it did not matter. For Lavinia was completely repulsed and forced to take flight to the south where she'd return to roost and contemplate her second loss to the albino drakanite.
  91.
  92. "Damn . . . !"
  93.
  94. Fist clenched, prompting a leakage of dark mana, the dark dragon was humbled once more. But at least she didn't lose another tail.
  95. (Lavinia Walters)
