El or I need to be in a position to officially lead staff on day-to-day operation while knighty remains owner w/ veto. He needs to delegate the decisions to someone who actually knows how  rules and such are enforced.

[7:53 PM] Meeester: When genfic was first told to us on staff like 2-3 years ago, knighty's only rationalization for removing queue was fear of being sued for illegal content and loss of revenue for adds being disabled by Adsense. I didn't like it, posted vague hints to it to /mlp/ and said knighty was being a greedy asshole. Being the only one that was vocally upset at knighty over his initial genfic plan, he knew it was me and I admitted as much when he called me on it

[7:56 PM] Meeester: The way it works with knighty when you try to tell him something needs to be fixed is either you basically need fully documented reasons with clear evidence/examples for why it has to happen

No skin off my back if his shit falls apart and he has to rush out genfic & queue removal. I have my paycheck and respect from my boss already. Don't need to waste my time on someone unappreciative of the effort.
