And people who are fewer there then 3 months get only a warning, but no punishment?

I'm sorry, but from what I learnt about the situation of your depature, you left the server because you got upset about an argument, it is within your rights to completely leave the server, but we don't encourage that sort of behavior, as such appropriate punishment is brought about, It is not our job to give back roles to people that just decide to leave and rejoin on a whim

That has been done earlier often enough. If you got told that I got upset ABOUT the argument, then Conductor made even a shittier job of analizing and repeating what actually happened. Of course you should NOT encourage that sort of behavior. But tbh. if your core-members get treated worse then some new members, there is definitely going smth wrong.
Greene atleast considered the option, that people who misbehave once a year, EVENTUALLY had a bad day.
Conductor doesnt even do that. Because its totally unnatural, that someone gets triggered at a bad day.
