事件:
2012年４月１日,多個團體及自發公民於當日上街參與遊行.訴求直指中國政府干擾香港地事務.當日由一個申請並獲同意之活動,一年後被定義為非法集結.

當中,嚴敏華於較早時間被判罪名成立,面對可能最長九個月的刑期.其他包括有政黨組織成員於2013年比捕,公民示威者比聯絡要求到警署被起訴.

匿名亞洲正式宣報,香港地區已經進入中國式勞改時代.
匿名不會因為如此下流的政府而害怕.相反匿名進一步發起網絡行動為被捕者平反!行動會於2013年2月23日開始.

Incident:

On 1st April 2012, multiple organisations and volunteered citizens participated in a rally in objection to the China Communist Government's interference of Hong Kong internal affairs (a breach of Basic Law [Hong Kong's constitution] and Sino-British Joint Declaration [an international binding agreement]). The rally was a demonstration approved by relevant government authorities, and a year later was described as illegal gathering.

Amongst all prosecuted individuals, Ms. Man Wah YIM was found guilty and could potentially face a maximum of 9 months imprisonment. Members of political parties were arrested after-the-event in 2013, citizens participated at the rally were requested turn themselves in at police stations to face prosecution.
Anonymous Asia formally announced that Hong Kong has entered the era of "China's reform-through-labour".
Anonymous will not surrender to this despicable government. Instead, Anonymous will lead a series of online actions to serve those who were arrested justice. Actions will begin on 23rd February 2013.
