Contract

This Contract contains the full details of the Pact Agreement between Garzak, Redemption, Galti, Sharwyn, and Dorian, henceforth referred to as The Contractees, whose true identities correspond to that of the signatures written by them, and the Devil known to The Contractees as Nyphithys, whose true identity is linked to that alias in the Official Records held in the Archives of Malodomini, and who will be henceforth referred to as The Patron. Any disputes over the Contract and the application of the Terms within must be presented to the Diabolical Courts within 1000 years of the infraction.


1. In the case that The Contractees undertake an action breaking any Term from Term 3 to Term 5, and The Patron is able to supply evidence of this to the Diabolical Courts, The Patron has the right to add an additional Term as outlined in Term 8.

2.The Contractees shall take no action which, directly or indirectly, grants a monetary, influential, or tactical advantage to the Demons. It is the responsibility of the Contractees to be aware of the consequences of their actions.

3. The Contractees shall not take part in any plot or scheme which will undermine The Patron, nor will The Contractees keep any information regarding such plots or schemes from The Patron.

4. The Contractees shall, in all their dealings with Nolalothcaragascint, work to benefit The Patron, with the exception of any situation which would require The Contractees to break another Term of the Contract.

5. . If The Contractees intentionally reveals the Pact Agreement to Nolalothcaragascint, The Contractees can be charged with breaking this Term and committing a Major Infraction of the Contract.

6. The Patron shall provide Devilish Power to The Contractees in keeping with The Contractees’s ability to wield Devilish Power, as outlined in the Archive of Malodomini’s Fifth Edition of Baatezu Standards. In brief, this requires that The Patron supply the following.
    a. The Patron's own body and blade in battle, who when summoned will be allied to all parties similarly allied with The Contractees until dismissed or after one minute, whichever is shorter.
    b. Information as requested by The Contractees up to a maximum of thirty questions.
    c. Fiendish Investiture, granting substantial power to The Contractees by The Patron.

7. In the case that The Contractees undertake an action breaking any Term from Term 3 to Term 5, and The Patron is able to supply evidence of this to the Diabolical Courts, The Patron has the right to add an additional Term. This additional Term may either grant complete ownership of The Contractees' souls for up to 99 years, during which time The Contractees must be dead, or dictate the nature of The Contractees' interactions with a single Individual, Group, or Faction for up to 2 years of The Contractees' mortal life. If the additional Term dictates the nature of The Contractees’ interactions with a single Individual, Group, or Faction, the Term must only require The Contractees work towards that Individual, Group, or Faction’s utter destruction; maintain a consistent, obvious hostility towards the Individual, Group, or Faction; work to benefit the Individual, Group, or Faction; or avoid the Individual, Group, or Faction such that the Individual, Group, or Faction remains unaware of the Pact Agreement between The Contractees and The Patron. Furthermore, if the additional Term dictates the nature of The Contractees' interactions with a single Individual, Group, or Faction, the additional Term shall contain the standard punishments as described in the Archive of Malodomini’s most recent edition of the Standards for the Punishment of Fiendish Contractors, and Term 1 may be amended to reflect the punishments contained within the additional Term.

8. In the case that The Contractees commit a Major Infraction of the Contract, as defined in each Term, The Patron gains the right to revoke the Pact Agreement and gain eternal ownership of The Contractees' souls at any time. Alternatively, at any time after The Contractees commit a Major Infraction of the Contract, The Patron may offer The Contractees a choice between a modification to the Contract or an end to the Pact Agreement, as described above.
