  3. To help you guys and girls to figure it out...

  5. In summary, dealing with your company and front office/scheduling ladies was a complete waste of my time (phone, waiting, lost time, over 12 hours). Promises, little to no follow through, insulting my intelligence with excuses that were not factual, and ultimately wasted 12 hours of my life waiting around for your company to eventually NOT deliver what it said it would do for me. Worse experience in a long long time. To the point, shopping at Walmart without customer service or support has been more rewarding than dealing with your company!

  7. I hope by my 'reaching out' and back to you has helped in some way. This is because your staff and company need the honesty. Your company, particularly when it comes to scheduling, delivering, and dealing with customers that are patient, practical, and understanding literally sucks. Lying to me was the ultimate insult, and that is why I have said what I did online.
