[18:00] <~Radio|GM> United we stand, divided we fall. Such an old, hackneyed moral, but no less true for it. Sometimes, it seems that the company we keep is the only thing that tethers us to the fragile existence that we call life. It is but a thin cable holding us aloft.

[18:01] <~Radio|GM> Chassesuse is on her way to her room to settle for the afternoon. Brookwind and Radiant_Fury have just finished a rather bitter discussion and are trotting off their separate ways, Danger_Zone accompanying the latter. Limuko is still with Dusty Trotters, and Dumisani is in the Hop with a drink.
[18:04] * Limuko looked at Dusty Trotters after the quarrelsome two mares left the building. With them gone, he could now focus on speaking with the only zebra (though, the ghost may count) he has seen since his parents died. "You were going to say something to Limuko friend?"
[18:06] * Radiant_Fury keeps her eyes trained forward, in the direction of Coltamento, deep in thought. None of this made sense.
[18:07] * Chasseuse heads to her room and enters. Not quite tired yet, she pulls out her mane brush. Brushie brushie!
[18:08] * Brookwind sighs, finding a bench and sitting down on it. "
[18:08] <Brookwind> Shit..."
[18:10] * Brookwind lights up a cigarette and takes a drag.
[18:11] <~Radio|GM> Dusty looks to Limuko. "Oh, right. I was talking about Neighpa Valley, wasn't I?" He turns to face the zebra. "So where was I, kid?"
[18:11] * Radiant_Fury looks to Danger_Zone mid-stride. "I don't suppose any of this is making sense to you, is it?"
[18:12] * Danger_Zone follows behind Radiant_Fury, checking her weapon to make sure everything is ready in case of trouble. She shrugs in response. "Not about how complicated it all is... but I can see why somepony would want to kill him."
[18:13] * Limuko replies to Dusty. "You were speaking of zebra tribes from east, though Limuko has no clue what you mean by that."
[18:14] <~Radio|GM> Dusty nods. "Right, right. What I was saying was that a lot of the tribes you find out West aren't the same as the ones you find East, so there's bound to be cultural differences that even you wouldn't be familiar with."
[18:14] * Radiant_Fury turns away, smiling just a little. "Certainly." A frown soon replaces her smile. "Though... I can't help but feel that Flaxseed is involved in this. Her position is too perfect, her alibi is almost /too/ perfect."
[18:14] <~Radio|GM> Chasseuse presently hears something scratching at her door.
[18:15] * Chasseuse blinks as she finishes her brushies. With a glow of her horn, the door opens, knob turned by her telekinesis.
[18:16] * Danger_Zone nods. "The dog is definitely hard to dismiss..."
[18:16] * Limuko shrugs. "Limuko isn't familiar with much zebra culture anyway, other than what his parents told him before they died."
[18:17] * Radiant_Fury heads out the front gate, giving a malicous smirk to the twins as she passes. "No matter. If he dies, he dies."
[18:17] <~Radio|GM> Outside Chasseuse's door is a very glum-looking Barry. He looks reproachfully up at Chasseuse, as though it's her fault that he wandered out on his own and came back to find a closed door.
[18:21] * Chasseuse looks down apologetically and pats Barry's head. "Oh, you will forgive me, will you not?" She smiles, petting his ear. "I did not mean to leave you."
[18:29] * Danger_Zone isn't very attached to this place. Mostly she was just stopping over before continuing on... but things are starting to get interesting. "Think there's anything else going on than just them wanting him dead?"
[18:32] * Radiant_Fury isn't very attached either. That was just the way she was. Even with how interesting things were getting, was getting tangled in this mess really worth 300 caps? "Almost certainly... If it's the Gang of Iron like he claimed... I don't see any reason for them not to just attack this place, or kill him in his sleep. There's something more."
[18:38] * Dumisani smiles to the stallion behind the counter and gives him an extra cap before heading towards her room
[18:43] * Danger_Zone nods. "Feels like something... interesting is gonna happen."
[18:44] * Radiant_Fury sees a chance to set some things on fire. Perhaps even... living, breathing ponies... And that excited her. "Perhaps... I'd like to be there when it does."
[18:44] <~Radio|GM> ---Intermission---
[17:47] <~Radio|GM> Our story left off with a sad dog, some zebras, and talk of ominous things. More specifically, Barry the dog just came inside Chasseuse's room, Radiant_Fury and Danger_Zone are conversing, Limuko is with Dusty Trotters, and Dumisani is on her way back to her room. Brookwind is nowhere to be found.
[17:53] <Limuko> "Limuko isn't familiar with much zebra culture anyway, other than what his parents told him before they died." He said to Dusty as he shrugged.
[17:54] <~Radio|GM> Dusty chuckles. "Then you'll do just fine, kid. It wouldn't matter either way."
[17:54] * Radiant_Fury keeps trotting towards Coltamento. She keeps her head high, and her eyes peeled. "I feel like this level of involvement isn't worth 300 caps."
[17:56] * Limuko smiled back to Dusty. He was right, the conzebra was good at blending in after all. "Do you have a map for Neighpa Valley friend? Limuko thinks that will be a place he will travel to some time."
[17:57] <~Radio|GM> Dusty ponders. "I should. Come follow me." He turns back, trotting to his office.
[17:57] * Danger_Zone keeps an eye out for trouble! She grins at Radiant_Fury. "It's exciting! Even without the caps, I'd probably wait around to see what happens."
[17:57] <~Radio|GM> Barry the dog whimpers softly as Chasseuse pats his head.
[17:58] * Limuko nods to Dusty as he followed him. So far, he was enjoying the hospitality Dusty gave to him.
[18:00] * Radiant_Fury gets a slight grin at that. "There are a lot of ponies getting tangled up in this. Should make for one amazing show."
[18:05] * Danger_Zone keeps grinning. "Ha! See? Now you get it!"
[18:06] * Radiant_Fury gives a low chuckle and closes her eyes. "So, where'd you learn to shoot, Danger?" She asks after a little pause.
[18:07] <~Radio|GM> Danger_Zone and Radiant_Fury keep trotting on, along the banks of the Coltamento River. All is still.
[18:12] * Danger_Zone shrugs. "It's not exactly like I'm new at this! It's something you just pick up, yeah?"
[18:12] * Chasseuse chuckles, sitting back down upon her haunches. "What is it zen? Would you like a treat, Barry?"
[18:13] * Dumisani pushes her door open, pushing her bulk inside
[18:13] <~Radio|GM> Barry whimpers, but seems to perk his head up at the word "treat".
[18:14] <~Radio|GM> As Dumisani comes in, Chasseuse can hear her large, thudding steps. Barry turns to the door, his attention having been grabbed by the sound of a massive rhino in the hallway.
[18:15] * Radiant_Fury gives a little nod. "I suppose... She floats out her flare guns and inspects them carefully.
[18:17] * Chasseuse calls out from within her room, "Goodnight, Dumisani!" She smiles, turning her attention back to Barry. "I only 'ave carrots and dry noodles... but I suppose if you like either one of those..."
[18:17] <~Radio|GM> Barry just sits back on his haunches, headtilting at Chasseuse.
[18:19] * Chasseuse pulls out a... somewhat fresh carrot! She presents the carrot to Barry, holding it in front of his snout, on top of her hoof.
[18:20] <~Radio|GM> Barry reaches his head over and sniffs briefly at the carrot before turning away with a disgruntled snuff. He opts for resting his head between his paws and taking a nap.
[18:22] * Radiant_Fury glances at the water in the river with a slight frown. "Danger, why is it that so few ponies are able to do anything outright? Why would they bother with coded messages, secret meetings, and dog couriers?" Her brow is furrowed in thought.
[18:22] * Dumisani snorts softly. "Night Chasseuse." Her voice is deep enough to cart without shouting
[18:23] * Chasseuse rolls her eyes as she places the carrot back into her packs. She gives Barry a final pet before she readies herself for sleep.
[18:26] * Danger_Zone shrugs. "I'm not the deep thinker here, Fury. You'd know better than I do." She pauses for just a moment. "But if I had to guess? They're afraid of getting caught."
[18:28] * Radiant_Fury stomps a hoof in the dirt in irritation, but keeps her stride. "By who? If they get caught by Dusty, then they get a chance to kill him anyway." She grits her teeth. If there aren't any answers waiting for her in Coltaemento, there'd be hell to pay.
[18:36] <~Radio|GM> The rest of the evening passes on without anything eventful. By the time the sun goes down, Radiant_Fury and Danger_Zone can find what appear to be large, empty phone booths. They can settle for the night here.
[18:38] * Radiant_Fury looks over the janky shelters with a frown. "This could be shelter for the night, or we could continue. Do you need sleep?" She asks her companion.
[18:40] <~Radio|GM> Dusty, for the record, offered Limuko a place to sleep in his office, having given the zebra the requested maps.
[18:42] * Limuko slept peacefully in Dusty's office, even though he could of gotten to the Wooden Wing to sleep in. But hey, the Wooden Wing was run by some racist desk pony anyway.
[18:47] * Danger_Zone stifles a small yawn. "I could use a rest, yeah... better to be rested up in case we find something important or dangerous, right?"
[18:48] * Radiant_Fury takes a seat near the entrance of the phone booth. "I'll take first watch then." With a smile, she adds, "Can I count on you to wake up to take the second?"
[18:50] <~Radio|GM> Where Radiant_Fury and Danger_Zone settle, the faint sound of an owl's hooting wafts echoes in the still air, melancholy and hollow.
[18:51] * Danger_Zone rolls her eyes. "Come on. You doubt me?" She settles in to rest.

[18:53] <~Radio|GM> The morning arrives. Where Radiant_Fury and Danger_Zone have settled for the night, all is still, the ambient fog from the nearby Foalsom River thick like a milky cloud. Trotters Fort is quiet, and so are the rooms where Dumisani and Chasseuse are staying. By the time Limuko wakes up, Dusty is gone.
[18:56] * Radiant_Fury slowly rises whenever Danger_Zone feels it necessary to wake her and stretches a little. "I don't like this fog very much." She says, working a knot out of her neck.
[18:56] * Limuko stretches his body as he congratulates himself for actually not getting shot at in the first town he came. He thought back to what the zebra ghost said to him before, but he shrugs that off as he looks around the office before getting out.
[18:58] <~Radio|GM> Barry is still asleep in Chasseuse's room. That dog sure loves his sleep.
[18:58] * Chasseuse yawns, stretching as she slowly moves off of her bed. With a quick glow of her horn, her brush appears, levitating above her. A few swift brush-strokes, and her mane is set in its usual ordered fashion.
[18:59] * Danger_Zone helps Radiant_Fury to her hooves. "It's damn creepy, that's for sure."
[18:59] <~Radio|GM> As Radiant_Fury stirs inside the rather drafty old pone booth, she hears a sound beneath her hooves like crackling paper on the floor of the booth.
[19:00] * Chasseuse nudges Barry with a hoof while she levitates and cinches her saddlebags, whispering quietly as to not startle him, "It is time to wake, Barry... we shall find your owner soon," she finishes, a hint of melancholy carrying on her voice.
[19:00] * Radiant_Fury glances down at the floor, lifting her hoof to inspect whatever it was she just stepped in.
[19:01] <~Radio|GM> Barry lifts his head slowly and yawns, looking up at Chasseuse with a droopy-looking expression. Those eyes seem filled with a lazy sort of melancholy, the kind that only sleepy dogs have.
[19:01] <~Radio|GM> Beneath Danger_Zone's hoof is what appears to be a scrap of paper, torn in half.
[19:02] <~Radio|GM> Evidently, she missed it when she went to sleep the previous night.
[19:03] * Radiant_Fury nudges Danger_Zone's leg. "There's something under your hoof. Let me take a look." She tugs at the paper with her telekinesis.
[19:03] <~Radio|GM> Limuko finds Dusty's office to be quite clean, even by Wasteland standards. His desk is the centerpiece of the room, a rich mahagony, flanked by two bookcases. On the desk is an oil lamp and some scattered papers, some drawers directly beneath. Directly behind the desk is a portrait of a rather grand-looking zebra wearing a monocle.
[19:04] * Chasseuse chuckles and trots over to the room's door. "Would you like breakfast?" She smiles, opening the door. "If so, come!"
[19:04] * Danger_Zone lifts her hoof and lets Radiant_Fury take the paper. "Was that there the whole time?"
[19:05] * Radiant_Fury has a smirk on her face as she peruses the paper scrap.
[19:05] * Limuko took at look at the rather grand-looking zebra wearing a monocle. He thought the monocle looked silly, but he smiled at it regardless. This must have been Dusty's great great ... greater than great grandfather (not sure how many greats though) that he spoke about. Eventually he gets out of the office as he calls for Dusty. "Good morning Mr. Dusty!"
[19:08] <~Radio|GM> Whatever is on the paper, it's certainly been worn out thoroughly, whether by age or use one can't tell. The top of the page is labeled with faded text, and one can make out the letters "CAKEBAKER Mk. 2" atop the page. Below is a diagram, from a frontal, dorsal, and side view of what appears to be a rather sophisticated-looking flamethrower. Below is written a series of faded steps that seem to list a number of materials, but the only visible text below the diagrams reads in two columns, "MATERIALS" and "PROCEDURE". Anything below the two headings is, presumably, on the rest of the sheet.

[19:12] <~Radio|GM> Limuko finds Dusty with little difficulty, finding him supervising a group of ponies in the kitchen.
[19:13] * Limuko smiled at Dusty as he waved a hoof at him.
[19:13] <~Radio|GM> Dusty turns to face Limuko, smiling gently. "Oh, hey there, kid. Rest well?"
[19:13] * Radiant_Fury reads this small scrap of paper at least a dozen times. She immediately looks around for the other half!
[19:14] <~Radio|GM> Barry whines softly at Chasseuse, getting to his paws and following Chasseuse with surprising alacrity.
[19:15] * Limuko happily nods to Dusty. "Indeed did Limuko sleep well." He looked around the kitchen and then turned back to Dusty. "Limuko never thought that friend was good at directing cooking."
[19:16] * Radiant_Fury tugs on Danger_Zone's tail gently with her magic. "Danger, help me find the other half of this paper." She says, nose to the ground.
[19:16] <Chasseuse> After closing and locking the door, Chasseuse heads to Flaxseed's door, delivering three small knocks to its frame.
[19:17] <~Radio|GM> As Radiant_Fury looks about, Danger_Zone is treated to a rather comical sight. She can plainly see the other half of the paper now, stuck on Radiant_Fury's rear.
[19:20] * Danger_Zone suppresses a snicker. She says, "I dunno, it could be anywhere! I mean, how do we know they didn't rip off the other half and take it with them?"
[19:22] <~Radio|GM> Danger_Zone can see that there's some sort of gummy substance covering one corner of the paper scrap, letting it hang to the leather on Radiant_Fury's gear as though it's been glued there. Beyond that, she can't tell what it is or how it got there.
[19:22] * Radiant_Fury scrunches her muzzle and turns to look at Danger_Zone. "Who is 'they'?"
[19:23] <~Radio|GM> Some stirring is heard from within Flaxseed's door, as the mare peeks outside, smiling at Chasseuse. "Good morning..."
[19:23] * Danger_Zone tries not to laugh! Really hard! "Whoever left that paper is 'they'! I mean, how else would it get there?"
[19:23] <~Radio|GM> Dusty shrugs. "Takes all kinds to make a town work, kid. You'd be surprised how important it is to make sure the food's done right."
[19:24] * Chasseuse smiles. "Morning!" She looks down to Barry. "I was wondering... I will be going to find your journal soon, but would you 'appen to 'ave any dog food? Barry does not seem to like ze food zat I 'ave."
[19:26] * Radiant_Fury seriously doubts that somepony would just leave this there in the middle of the night for almost no reason. "It could have been here for years, Danger." She grumbles.
[19:26] * Limuko nods in agreement to Dusty. "Indeed. You my friend must know much about running a town." He then paused a moment before speaking back to Dusty. "So Limuko needs to know what to do next, but he has no idea where he could find more gold pieces for you. Should Limuko travel to Neighpa Valley first?"
[19:26] <~Radio|GM> Flaxseed looks to Barry, stooping down gently to pat Barry's head. "I do, actually. It's so strange, actually. Barry and Sorrel look so alike, but I can always tell them apart by their eating habits. Barry is so particular about the food he likes, while Sorrel will eat almost anything." She giggles softly.
[19:28] <~Radio|GM> Dusty shrugs. "I wouldn't be able to tell you off the bat, kid. But it's a good place to start. It's right by Coltamento, at any rate. It isn't too far off, and it'll be worth your time to go there."
[19:29] <~Radio|GM> Poor, poor Radiant_Fury. Her search proves fruitless.
[19:29] * Limuko nods once again at Dusty. "They will not shoot at zebras correct?"
[19:29] <~Radio|GM> On the other hoof, a faint breeze picks up, and the sheet flutters against Fury's rump in plain view of Danger_Zone.
[19:30] * Danger_Zone starts snickering. She can't hold it in anymore! "Hmmm, I wonder, did you sleep on it?"
[19:30] <~Radio|GM> Dusty snickers. "Like hell they would. Most of the people you find there are gonna be zebras themselves."
[19:30] * Radiant_Fury isn't amused. "What are you laughing at?" she says, irritation tangible in her voice.
[19:32] * Dumisani groans softly and rubs her head, feeling a slight headache from the alcohol.
[19:32] * Chasseuse chuckles. "I can tell." She pets Barry. "Such a silly, picky eater."
[19:32] <~Radio|GM> Dumisani can hear voices from the hallway.
[19:32] <Limuko> That gave a smile to the conzebra ... but that will make it ever more difficult to find ponies to con off of. "Very well, Limuko will prepare for journey to Coltamento!"
[19:33] * Danger_Zone covers her mouth with a foreleg. "No, no, it's nothing. I'm sure you must have slept on it. You should go check!"
[19:33] <~Radio|GM> Flax chuckles. "He'll only eat canned meat or jerky. Honestly, I'm not sure how it hasn't given him a potbelly yet."
[19:34] <~Radio|GM> Dusty smiles. "Best wishes, kid. And tell'em I said hi."
[19:34] * Radiant_Fury glares at Danger_Zone and trots right up to her. "If you're playing games, Danger, I'm asking you to stop right now, before you waste even more of both of our times."
[19:34] * Limuko nods as he trots out of the building, going towards the Wooden Wing to check if he left anything back in his hotel room.
[19:35] <~Radio|GM> Limuko, likewise, can hear the sound of Chasseuse and Flax conversing.
[19:35] * Chasseuse nods and bows her head. "Thank you then for your generosity."
[19:35] * Dumisani grumbles and plods out into the hallway
[19:36] <~Radio|GM> Thud, thud, thus. Flax is interrupted as she blinks at Dumisani's imposing form, taking a step backward as a strange, disconcerted noise escapes her muzzle.
[19:38] * Chasseuse snickers. "It is only Dumisani, Flaxseed..." She nods Dumisani's way. "And good morning to you!"
[19:38] * Limuko walked directly into the Wooden Wing ... that was oddly fast for the conzebra. Limuko felt as if the moment he walked out of Dusty's building did he enter into the Wooden Wing ... but oh well! It was probably just his mind being crazy is all! He heard the familiar sound of Chasseuse, hiding a blush at remembering the beauty he saw before, as well as the
[19:39] * Dumisani blinks tiredly at Flax, giving a quick nod to her and Chasseuse. "Morning you two. Heard you talking from my room."
[19:39] * Limuko loud thud's made by something rather large (Which he could guess was the rhino Dumisani he met before). He didn't like being around mares, so he decided to try to sneak into his room without notice from anypony or anyrhino.
[19:39] * Chasseuse chuckles. "Preparing for ze day."
[19:40] * Danger_Zone rolls her eyes. "You're no fun. You sat on it."
[19:55] * Radiant_Fury turns around to look at her fine booty with a frown. "Bloody hell." She mutters, pulling the scrap of paper (and whatever else was on it) with it. "Not here to have fun."
[19:59] <~Radio|GM> The paper sticking to Radiant_Fury's rump is indeed the second half of the sheet. It appears that Radiant_Fury sat on an insect the previous night, a corner of the sheet now thoroughly covered in clear hemolymph and the other sticky remains of what was once a chitin-clad creature. It lists a long list of materials on one side, and the procedure for assembling them on the other. The writing is mostly legible, with scrutiny, but t

[20:00] <~Radio|GM> Somepony really should fix those floorbeams. Limuko makes loud creaking noises as he trots, loud enough for Flax, Chasseuse, and Dumisani to hear.
[20:00] * Dumisani flicks her ears toward the sound and slowly turns her head to blink at Limuko

[20:02] * Danger_Zone snickers more. "Oh, come on. Lighten up!"
[20:02] * Radiant_Fury cleans the rest of the goop off of her jumpsuit with her magic as she browses the list of materials. She grins and trots out of the booth. "Well, Danger, you know how you were saying things were getting interesting?" She tucks the paper away. "Things are /definitely/ getting interesting."
[20:02] <~Radio|GM> Barry's ears perk up, and the dog slowly turns his head to look at Limuko, almost completely in sync with Dumisani and Flax.
[20:03] * Chasseuse turns her head a moment later, not in sync!
[20:05] * Limuko nearly had a panic attack as he fell to the floor with all the mares (Dumisani and the dog not counting) as his face goes red. "D-d-d-don't mind Limuko! He was just checking his room before leaving for Coltamento. That is all, no need to worry." The blushing zebra said, almost hypnotized by Chasseuse's beauty.
[20:06] * Chasseuse blinks, then chuckles. "Good morning... Limuko, was it?"
[20:07] * Danger_Zone gives Radiant_Fury a curious look. "Yeah? Just what's on that paper anyway?"
[20:08] * Radiant_Fury smirks a little. "A recipe for disaster, if you will." She floats the ingridient list to Danger. Her tail swishes a little, happily flowing just like her mane.
[20:08] * Limuko nervously nods to Chasseuse. "W-w-well Limuko always says his name in sentences, it was easy to remember no?" He tried to trot away and rush to ward his room ... but the beauty he was staring at! No! He had to fight his own puberty! Somehow!
[20:09] * Dumisani chuckles softly. "Zebra's rather funny."
[20:10] * Chasseuse nods in agreement, then looks back to Flax. "So as you were saying... you 'ave dog food?"
[20:11] <~Radio|GM> Flax turns to Chasseuse, face still filled with confusion. "Well, um...yeah, I do." She peers nervously at Dumisani, before turning around and opening a cabinet shelf in her room. "How many cans?"
[20:12] * Limuko nodded as well, slowly backing up to his room as he resisted his urges! Bad zebra! Good zebra must have control!
[20:12] * Chasseuse smiles. "Just one will do, zank you. I can find more, and I'd ra'zer not be a burden."
[20:17] * Danger_Zone reads the ingredient list with a big smile. "Ooh. This looks /fun/. Real fun!"
[20:18] * Radiant_Fury floats the list back into her saddlebag. "And do you know what's more fun than one of those?" She displays her empty battle saddle for Danger_Zone. "Two."
[20:21] <~Radio|GM> Flax smiles and simply gives Chasseuse two. "Barry likes his food. Best to be sure." Barry is indeed looking hungrily up at the cabinet, eyes riveted on the can in Flax's hoof.
[20:23] * Danger_Zone keeps grinning. "Double the fun?"
[20:23] * Limuko eventually reaches for his room, breathing hard as he quickly closed the door behind him. He nearly lost it in there! Calming himself up did he look around his room to see if he forgot anything. Seeing that everything was with him, he decides to look out of the key hole to see if the mares left yet.
[20:23] * Chasseuse slices open the can with her knife, wielded in her telekinesis, then lowers her hoof for Barry.
[20:23] <~Radio|GM> Barry practically leaps up, paws on Chasseuse's side as he finally buries his snout into the can and begins to gobble up the contents ravenously.

[20:24] * Dumisani chuckles.
[20:24] * Limuko decides to use the dog as a distraction to trot his way out of the hotel without notice ... if it weren't for those damn floorboards!
[20:25] * Radiant_Fury returns Danger_Zone's grin. "Precisely. Though, I'm sure you are very aware of the benefits of a battle saddle." She says, pushing on through the fog.
[20:31] * Danger_Zone smirks. "'Aware'? I'm wearing one!"
[20:34] * Chasseuse pulls the can away once Barry has his fill, and checks how much is left.
[20:35] * Radiant_Fury rolls her eyes with an amused grin. "Yes, yes you are."
[20:41] <~Radio|GM> Poor Limuko doesn't see it coming. One board in the hallway, evidently on its last legs, snaps cleanly in two as Limuko trots on it. Whats worse, his hoof is caught in the cracks, and he trips, promptly finding himself flopped on his stomach.
[20:42] * Dumisani winces at the sound of the board snapping
[20:43] * Limuko gave a yelp as his hoof got caught in the crack, landing on his stomach. He looked back at the mares, blushing as he realized they were the only ones who could help the poor zebra. "Um ... can Limuko have help?"
[20:48] * Dumisani chuckles. "I'll get him."
[20:49] <~Radio|GM> Barry cleaned the can out. There is nothing left in the can.
[20:51] * Dumisani looks over Limuko's situation, trying to see how to get him out
[20:51] * Radiant_Fury glares at this fog. This was starting to bother her.
[20:53] * Limuko sighed in relief to see the rhino that didn't trigger his zebra hormones was the one helping him out.
[20:54] <~Radio|GM> The fog surrounds the area. One might as well be trying to see through a glass of Brahmin milk past the first 10 meters or so.
[20:56] * Chasseuse stores the can for now, nodding her head. "After zat, Dumisani, are you ready to leave?"
[20:57] * Radiant_Fury just keeps the road under her hooves and her attention forward. "It's like walking /into/ an ambush."
[20:57] * Dumisani nods and wraps a hoof around Limuko, yanking him from the broken floorboards.
[20:57] * Danger_Zone is not quite as annoyed at the fog as Radiant_Fury is, but she's had enough of it nonetheless. "Ugh, hold on..." She jumps up into the air and starts beating her wings to blow the fog away.
[20:58] * Radiant_Fury smiles internally. She knew there was a reason to keep a pegasus around. "Thank you, Danger."
[21:00] * Limuko smiled as he was finally out of his dilemma, giving a greatful nod at the rhino. "Thank you my rhino friend, Limuko is very grateful."
[21:01] <Dumisani> "No problem. Zebra should be more careful next time."
[21:02] <Limuko> "Well, Limuko should be on his way to say goodbye to Mr. Dusty before leaving for Coltamento, I won't forget you my friend." He said to Dumisani as he begins to trot down stairs towards the exit.
[21:04] <Dumisani> "Zebra should travel with us. Going to the same place. Safety in numbers."
[21:05] * Limuko turned around to Dumisani before he left. "Hmm?" He said, seeing Chasseuse again as he resists the urge to blush, trying to focus on the rhino. "Rhino friend is going to Coltamento as well?"
[21:07] * Dumisani nods. "Yes. Have a letter. Need to deliver it."
[21:10] * Chasseuse nods. "As am I, helping Dumisani. And zere is a journal along ze river zat I am looking for."
[21:10] <~Radio|GM> Said journal is currently burning a hole in Radiant_Fury's saddlebags. Figuratively, of course.
[21:11] <Dumisani> "Won't be much help. Poor eyesight. Especially if there's fog this morning."
[21:12] * Limuko considered his choices. He could travel along side with the rhino and the very beautiful mare, having to constantly suppress his hormones. But at the same time he would have protection against ponies who shoot others. Weighing between the two, he decides to reply with: "Well Limuko could always use waliosafiri to travel along with him." He said with a smile
[21:16] <~Radio|GM> The fog dissipates, and Radiant_Fury and Danger_Zone find themselves being able to see what's ahead much better than they did before.
[21:16] * Chasseuse blinks. "Wal-io-ferry? Is zis a zebra word? Or an equestrian word I am not familiar wiz?"
[21:17] * Danger_Zone keeps an eye out for trouble as they move forward.
[21:18] * Limuko supresses his blush as he replied to Chasseuse nervously. "Waliosafiri, traveling companions in word parents spoke in."
[21:21] * Radiant_Fury is very thankful for this dissipation. She breathes a sigh of relief.
[21:21] * Dumisani nods, chuckling softly. "Glad to help."
[21:21] * Chasseuse smiles, nodding. "As would I."
[21:23] * Chasseuse nudges Barry. "Alzough we should head out now if we are to make good time."
[21:23] * Limuko nods to the two before replying. "Limuko will be saying goodbye to Mr. Dusty first before leaving."
[21:24] * Dumisani blinks slowly. "Dusty? Does he dust-wallow too?"
[21:24] <~Radio|GM> Barry looks up at Chasseuse, yawning.
[21:25] * Chasseuse nods to Limuko. "Zen lead ze way, Limuko."
[21:27] * Limuko indeed led the way, trotting out of the Wooden Wing as he wondered if he would somehow find himself teleporting right into Dusty's office ... but that was ridiculous! He was sure that last time he just lost count of time or something.
[21:28] <~Radio|GM> Limuko and company find themselves in front of Dusty's office quite quickly. It's almost as if it took no time at all!
[21:29] * Limuko just blinked again. It was actually happening! He blinked around as he looked for Dusty.
[21:29] * Radiant_Fury floats her last cigar to her lips and lights it with a small horn-spark.
[21:31] * Dumisani stops and blinks. "... What?"
[21:39] * Radiant_Fury cracks her neck a little, puffing on the cigar. "Where are you from, Danger?"
[21:47] * Danger_Zone gives Radiant_Fury a shrug. "I don't settle. I keep moving where the excitement is!"
[21:48] * Radiant_Fury frowns a little. "Not exactly what I asked. Where were you /born/?"
[22:00] <~Radio|GM> Dusty isn't in his office.
[22:02] * Limuko blinked as he saw that Dusty wasn't in the office. "That was crazy." But he was also crazy, so he'll get over it. He decides to get out of the office and look around to see if he could find Dusty.
[22:04] * Dumisani rolls her eyes and follows the zebra
[22:04] * Chasseuse follows after Dumisani, Barry in her stead.
[22:06] * Danger_Zone doesn't answer right away. It's a question she really has to think about! Eventually she settles for, "...I don't know. I was shuffled around a lot." She's tense. This is kinda a sore subject! "Look, it's not important, yeah? Ponies should look forward, not backward."
[22:07] * Radiant_Fury turns her attention back forward, then. "That's as far as I'll pursue it, then." She blows a few smoke rings as her cigar dwindles.
[22:09] <~Radio|GM> Limuko finds Dusty soon enough. He's at the Hop with a drink.
[22:10] * Limuko smiles as he trots down to Dusty at the Hop, waving a hoof at him.
[22:11] * Danger_Zone definitely doesn't want it pursued.
[22:13] * Radiant_Fury idly sways as she trots. Definitely should have brought some decent reading material.
[22:15] <Limuko> "Hello Mr. Dusty!" The conzebra said as he eventually reaches the Hop.
[22:23] <~Radio|GM> Dusty's ear swivels as he turns back to Limuko. "Oh, hey kid. We're seeing an awful lot of one another today."
[22:26] * Limuko nods to Dusty as he replied. "Indeed. Limuko wanted to say goodbye before he heads out to Coltamento."
[22:28] <~Radio|GM> Dusty smiles. "Well, best wishes, kid. You need anything before you set off?"
[22:29] * Dumisani plods up behind Limuko, looking over Dusty curiously.
[22:30] * Limuko checks his bags before replying back to Dusty. "Limuko could probably use a canteen, only four bottles of water does he have."
[22:30] <~Radio|GM> If Dusty is taken aback by the rhino, he shows no sign of it. He's a /very/ big zebra, witha  duster and a hat. He turns to Limuko. "Is that it? Piece of cake."
[22:30] <~Radio|GM> "How many do you need?"
[22:32] * Limuko was pretty used to the nice treatment he was receiving. And he didn't need to con anypony! Score for having a CHA of 10!. "Another two for the waliosafiri I have gained."
[22:34] <~Radio|GM> Dusty nods. "Well, I like you, kid. But business is business, so I can get you three canteens for 3 caps a pop. Deal?"
[22:35] <Limuko> That sounded like a fair deal to Limuko. He nods as he brings out three caps to Dusty.
[22:36] <~Radio|GM> Dusty blinks. "Last I checked, three times three is nine, kid."
[22:37] * Limuko blinked, then slapped himself for his mistake. "Silly Limuko thought you meant just 3." He brings out 6 more. His player should of really read that last line more, but nooooo, his player assumed that he only had to pay 3.
[22:40] <~Radio|GM> Dusty chuckles as he takes the caps. "Alrighty. Hold on." He stands up and trots into a storeroom, returning with three empty canteens. "Alrighty, take these and some advice. A lot of the water in the Coltamento is riddled with heavy metals. If you can manage to purify it, it's all fine and dandy, but don't drink directly from anything you find out there if you can help it. Got it?"
[22:47] * Limuko gave a nod to Dusty, giving everyone in the party (Radiant_Fury and Danger_Zone left out of the cool gang) a canteen. He smiled at Dusty as he replied. "Thank you my friend. Limuko will never forget kindness you gave him. And he promises to come back with more vials." And with that, the zebra went on his quest, his map held by his tail as he traveled to his destination with his companions!
