  1. Proper-Use Guidelines for Wood Chipper...
  2.
  3. To avoid Chipper Wood Overload:
  4. 1. Find smaller amounts of wood to deliver to grinder. 2. Test the proper minimal/maximum amount first before every run just in case. 3. Normally the proper amount is about 6-9 1/2 round material or of course about 3-4 large material in one grind.
  5.
  6. To avoid Chipper Engine Shutdown:
  7. 1. Follow step one ardently 2. Make sure the chipper has a lot of space to throw the woodchips. 3. Check EVERY 10 MINUTES up to being constantly aware of the Wood chipper throw area, to ensur there is NO BACK UP. BACK UP WITH THROWAREA COULD POTENTIAL RUIN THE ENGINE AND WILL STOP THE CHIPPER TEMPORARILY.
  8.
  9. Emergency engine stop:
  10. 1. Take all chips out of the throw space. 2. Take a long VERY sturdy object to remove chip material 3. You may need to take off the rotor cap and pulley for the chipper to easily move the actual sharp grindr that is stuck. 3a. if you decide to this, keep all bolts absolutely in order.
  11.
  12. To aviod Chipper Water Damage:
  13. 1. After any chipper use, even a break, secure tarp over chipper
  14.
  15. To avoid Chipper Oil Collapse:
  16. 1. If the chipper engine tips, it is A HAZARD. Meaning, the oil (not the fuel) will spill over into other areas. Unfortunately not everything is made closed off like an electronic device.
  17. 2...steps to fix!
  18.
  19. To avoid Chipper Engine Failure: DO NOT PUT FRESH WOOD INTO WOOD CHIPPER
