— BACKGROUND : Woojung grew up in Vancouver, Canada with his two moms. One was his real mom, a Canadian born, and his step mother was Korean born. They both raised him well and Woojung tended to enjoy school and life there. His family, including his grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, etc. owned a restaurant in Vancouver where, when he grew up, Woojung would take over. Woojung didn't like cooking or the idea of owning a restaurant at all. He wanted to do something eventful with his life. He wanted to wow people with his stunning looks and be crazy and have fun with his friends. So, in middle school, Woojung took chorus classes to become a singer. He thought that if he became a singer, he could make impress people with his powerful voice and good looks. He could also show his crazy and sexy side on stage. His mothers were so happy that Woojung wanted a career in music, since they both played music for many artists back in the days. So, they wanted Woojung to go to a place where he could study music and other subjects fully, but still learn the main subjects. After middle school, Woojung and his mom's moved away to the city of Seoul, South Korea where there were many performing arts academies for Woojung to join. They placed him in one nearest to their apartment and Woojung attended a performing arts high school where he would major in rap, vocals and dance. Sooner or later, in Woojung's senior year of high school there, his vocal teacher explained to the whole class that there was an event that took place every four years where students would compete in all aspects of performing arts and whoever completed all of them with high expectations, they would be recommended an audition for a big entertainment company. Woojung couldn't believe it. He excelled in all his performing arts classes including acting, dancing, singing, and rapping. So, Woojung entered this competition with high hopes and trained very hard for that moment. A few weeks after Woojung graduated one of his mother's got a call at work saying that Woojung had won the chance to audition for Divine Entertainment. She was so happy that she asked her boss for the day off and sped home to bear hug her son and burst into tears while doing so. Woojung was so happy that he couldn't stop eating that day. So, another few weeks passed and Woojung went to go audition for Divine and as expected he became an official trainee, with his mother's support all the way. It was a dream come true for the gorgeous maknae.

— PERSONALITY: Woojung is one hell of a character. He’s attractive as hell, and he knows it, so he flaunts it. He loves to dye his hair the wackiest colors and has a better imagination than Pablo Picasso. He’s energetic and daring, wanting to do everything that makes you scream and pumps up your adrenaline. He enjoys parties and is the party animal of the group. At private Immortal concerts he goes crazy with the fans and usually ends up passing out at the dorm after that. He has a pretty good body and everyone admires his cute smile and dimples. He gets embarrassed easily and doesn’t take compliments well. He becomes a blushing mess and usually hugs the person instead of thanking them. He eats really healthy foods, so much that some foods he eats are really nasty looking. He likes to keep his figure well and have as much energy as needed. Every morning he makes himself a protein shake to fill him up and give him energy for the morning schedules. He’s as much as a scaredy cat as a real scared cat. He despises horror movies, scary games, and haunted houses. He’s also a very caring person especially towards the members and his family. He puts everyone in front of himself. If he has a hurt foot from accidentally falling onto a member, he’ll help the member up first, even if his foot is really hurting, and then let other people help him. This is something that people don’t really like about Woojung because it seems like he doesn’t take care of himself and people become very worried that he’ll soon become very ill from not looking after himself. Lastly, Woojung is a very worried person, not only towards the people he loves, but also towards impressing his fans. He doesn’t know if what he’s doing is enough, so he tries harder, making people worry more about him. He won’t stop practicing until he gets something right and he usually stays up past 2am.
