- Description: Jeffrey went with his friend to sell an iphone. Manns initially pretended to go into his pockets for the money, before running off. Jeffrey, with a shotgun in hand, yelled at him to stop. Manns responded by firing at Jeffrey 4 times, with one shot hitting him in the face, killing him instantly.
