Congratulations again! Your object-oriented vote counting software is a big success. The bad news is that it was a big enough that it attracted the attention of a company that owns a patent on using vectors. Sure, the patent is probably bogus and would be easily overturned in court, but for the time being you have been asked not to use vectors.
Fortunately, your boss has hired a consulting company to improve your code without vectors. They took all the money again, but only really did some simple outlines of a class that can be used to replace the vector class
