- Congratulations again! Your object-oriented vote counting software is a big success. The bad news is that it was a big enough that it attracted the attention of a company that owns a patent on using vectors. Sure, the patent is probably bogus and would be easily overturned in court, but for the time being you have been asked not to use vectors.
- Fortunately, your boss has hired a consulting company to improve your code without vectors. They took all the money again, but only really did some simple outlines of a class that can be used to replace the vector class
- Your job is to finish up the code based on the class definitions the consultant left. You can get a copy of the unfinished code in one of two ways:
