  5. This meditation was taught to me by "The Professor" an entity that teaches metaphysics to other metaphysical entities, this method is meant as a practical means of meditation.

  7. TL;DR for the experienced:
  8. Mentally massage your chakras, and bend/play with your meridians.

  10. For the inexperienced this will be explained further below.

  12. BUT FIRST AND FOREMOST!

  14. You need not to completely follow this guide step by step dogmatically. Experiment, and find out what works for you, you might even learn something new.

  16. You should know what Chakras and Meridians are, basically, chakras act as "generators" for your energetic system, and meridians act similar to blood vessels, but for energy instead of blood.

  18. Step by step process
  19. 1. Imagine a set of hands, you control these.
  20. 2. Imagine your hands cradling and pressing into your chakra, as if you were molding a ball of clay, or a stress ball.
  21. 3. Keep this up for whatever amount of time feels comfortable. (short or long, the idea is the comfy feeling)
  22. 4. repeat with the next chakras until all of them are nice and cozy.
  23. 5. move your hands to whatever meridian you feel like
  24. 6. bend it around, and try to "crack it" as if you would moving your neck around when it gets stiff.
  25. 7. massage the meridian.
  26. 8. repeat with other meridians.
  27. 9. Done

  29. nine steps, but in practice it's pretty simple, but remember that this method is not set in stone and you can change it to any way you like.
