Tree of Savior Localization Fixes 8/6/18

-Removed text from the buff of "High Guard" and "Guardian" that both stated they gave penalties to attack and other stats. This is an old effect.
-Corrected the skill effect description for "Ghastly Trail." The number it stated for the damage increase it provided was still the old value, and this was changed with an update. It now scales correctly and displays the new value.
-Clarified the skill effect description of "Indulgentia." It does not heal, it cures status effects. Also added text to distinguish which target counts apply to which targets.
-Corrected the attribute description of "Deprotected Zone: Enhance" to state that it increases the defense reduction by 1% per attribute level, not a flat 1.
-Shortened the skill effect description of "Drain" so the effect it provides can be cleanly read on a single line.
-Fixed the skill effect description of "Muay Thai" so that the 10 seconds displayed in the description is labeled as "duration", not "cooldown."
-Added the text "Unable to move" to the card description of "Merregina" to match other immobile summons.
-Corrected the name of the boxes that give butler and maid costumes from fishing to be named "Butler" and not "Buttler."
-Performed some minor fixes to Remnants of Bernice messages.
-Fixed the description of the "Defense Crystal" buff provided in Guild Territory Wars. It had the same description as the "Attack Crystal", stating you did increased damage.
