  1. Residential IP Technique + Question
  2. Here is a strategy that I and a business partner currently use to get 100s of residential IPs per month, ~$50 per month:
  3. 1. Get a Verizon Jetpack modem device (will have a flat cost for the device, I believe it is ~$150 currently)

  15. 2. Order an amount of data. Most cost effective at the time of this writing is $100 for 10GB over two months.
  16. 3. To change the IP, perform a factory reset on the device. This can be done remotely by connecting to the modem at 192.168.1.1/jetpack_settings/jpk)factory_reset.html, which works if you are running a VPN or similar. If you have physical access to the modem, you can use a pin to hit the reset button instead.
  17. 4. IPs will consistently reset. They show up as being from Verizon instead of some random data center.
  18. The IPs have been successful for CL, Reddit, Sitejabber, and similar.
  19. Does anyone else out there use a similar strategy to get residential IPs? Or other efficient methods to get residential IPs? Specifically asking about strategies to get residential IPs directly instead of trying to buy residential IPs from third party services, blackhatworld marketplace, etc.
  20. That's a nice method, but for people in USA. If you are in USA, why would you need to buy US residential IPs ?
  21. I use the Tmobile 3g rocket works pretty much the same. After you create the accounts do you like to rotate the ips everytime you login? The only other way i know is to change your mac address.
  22. wants someones bread and butter
  23.
  24. BUY 100% Sticky GMB Reviews or NO PAYMENT ????? BUY GOOGLE REVIEWS,
  25. BBB Reviews, Buy GMB Reviews, Sitejabber Reviews, FB Reviews, Yelp Reviews, Buy Trust-pilot Reviews,
  26. Houzz Reviews, Angieslist Reviews, Homeadvisor Reviews, Thumbtack Reviews, Buy Resellerratings, TheKnot Reviews?

  28. We have one residential IP address through Comcast for our daily usage, although have not found an efficient way to change it. Modem resetting, etc. hasn't been effective, so we use separate residential IP addresses through Verizon data for that purpose.
  29. Basically, we buy them because we need more than what we have already.
  30. I use the Tmobile 3g rocket works pretty much the same. After you create the accounts do you like to rotate the ips everytime you login? The only other way i know is to change your mac address.
  31. Usually we just change the IP whenever we go to do something else or log in with a different account. Never had any problems with that.
  32. And i thought DSL Connection usually from Verizon or AT&T would let you change any number of IPs in a day !
  33. ATT and verizon are great!

  49. But to make a business out of this to sell residential proxies online, you'll need to get who knows how many boxes of these in your house. This technique doesn't seem a viable way to scale up to the size which certain proxy provider are able to. E.g. storm proxy who claim to be offering upwards of 70,000 residential IPs.
  50. My guess is that these methods work only for getting Local IPs.
  51. Is there some way of creating Residential IPs geolocated all around the US?
  52. Just to Use, not to resell. Now, THAT would be Great !
