This is the original problem:

In between the 2 commas above is where you are missing the end lockup transition. The one you DO see there is the begin lockup transition. I was suggesting just use the same one for end like your other styles have, so you should end up with

TrConcat<TrInstant,White,TrFade<400>>,TrConcat<TrInstant,White,TrFade<400>>,SaberBase::LOCKUP_NORMAL>,

You're latest error shows that you changed the double commas to nothing, so it's currently still missing the end lockup transition:
TrConcat<TrInstant,White,TrFade<400>>,SaberBase::LOCKUP_NORMAL>,
