<ol><li>All applications must be sent via pastebin, and include:
<ul><li>Your byond key
<li>Your character name
<li>Your character race
<li>Your character alignment
<li>Your character bio (If applying for a race, include everything up to the age you spawn as)
<li>Race or rank being applied for
<li>RP based on the topic given (Must be at least 15 lines)</ul>
Applications shall be rated according to grammar, originality, and detail.
<br><br><li>Ranks may be applied to every 5 IC years (year 5, 10, 15, 20, etc.) and will be revealed at year 5
<br><br><li>Ranks must be active, if they are offline for several days at a time without prior warning, or refuse to RP, they will be stripped of rank and labelled DNR for the rest of the wipe. If this behavior is repeated, it may be longer. (Note: People who are labelled DNR may not apply for limited or rare races either)

<br><br><li>Limited races may be applied for at any time after year 5 as long as a slot for the race is open, however each player may only apply for each different race once per wipe, with the exception of rare races Limited races include:
<ul><li>Saiyans
<li>Demigods
<li>Aliens
<li>Half Saiyans</ul>

<br><li>Rare races may be applied for at the beginning of each new phase, with the exception of phase 1, where the slot will open at year 5 along with ranks. Each player may only apply for ONE rare race per phase. Rare races include:
<ul><li>Legendary Super Saiyan
<li>Icer
<li>Bio-android
<li>Majin</ul>

<br><li>Half Saiyans are a limited race that may ONLY be spawned under very limited criteria, and must still be applied for like all other limited races<ul><li>A half Saiyan must be the child of a humans and a Saiyan<li>The mother must RP pregnancy for the next 9 IC months<li>During pregnancy, the mother cannot train, fight, spar, or use ki attacks/techniques of any kind<li>'lol-mating' to produce a half-saiyan child is a bannable offense. Either OOCly approved rape must occur (consented to by both parties), or it must be the product of an established long term relationship. (1st offense, 24 hours. 2nd offense, 48 hours. 3rd offense, 72 hours.)</ul>

<br><li>Starting in phase 3, the rare races Icer, Bio-Android, and Majin shall become limited races with a set amount of slots. In phase 4, all races but LSSJ will be open.</ol>

<center><p><h3>IC Knowledge</h3></p></center>

Some races will have knowledge of places others don't know, and some specific ranks may have knowledge of other places that noone knows.
Same thing goes with racial traits. The following inherited knowledge for races created in planets/realms is listed below:

<ul><li>Humans+Earth Demons+Makyos+Spirit Dolls: Only have knowledge of Earth and it's individuals, as well as each other's racial traits. No knowledge of ranked players or special places like the EG tower and anything within it.

<br><li>Namekians: Only have knowledge of Namek and it's individuals. They have knowledge of all ranked players of the planet.

<br><li>Tsujins: Only have knowledge of Vegeta and Atlantis, as well as it's individuals and their racial traits, except for Alien's racial traits. Also knowledge of all technology. Will not share the whereabouts of Atlantis to anyone, whatsoever. Only race with the knowledge of Atlantis.

<br><li>Demons: Only have knowledge of Hell and Checkpoint. Has knowledge of kais, demigods, and demons.No knowledge of Heaven entrance. Also has knowledge of all ranks of Hell and Checkpoint.

<br><li>Kai: Only have knowledge of Heaven and Checkpoint. Has knowledge of kais, demigods and demons. No knowledge of Hell exit. Also has knowledge of all ranks of Heaven and Checkpoint.

<br><li>Demigod: Only have knowledge of the afterlife. Has knowledge of all inhabitants of the afterlife. Has knowledge of Hell exit, and Heaven entrance. Also has knowledge of all ranks of the afterlife.

<br><li>Majins: Has knowledge of pratically nothing. Have fun.

<br><li>Aliens: Has knowledge of all of it's inhabitants, depending on which planet it was created, not born. Has knowledge of everything in the planet it is created on, except for the case of Atlantis. Has Knowledge of all alien traits. Has no knowledge of any ranks.

<br><li>Androids: Has knowledge of all inhabitants of each planet, not realm. Has knowledge of all technology.

<br><li>Saiyan: Has knowledge of all inhabitans of their planet. Only knows it's own race's racial traits, except for super saiyan and moon technology.

<br><li>Bio Android: Only has knowledge of inhabitants of the android ship, and their racial traits.

<br><li>Icer: Only has knowledge of it's own inhabitants and their racial traits. Has knowledge of everything on it's planet.

<br><li>No sort of technology may be used inside the Core, unless it's a technology that you can hold in your inventory. Don't use blueprints to bypass the rule.

<br><li>Characters that are born/created/hatched from others have no knowledge of anything.</ul>

<br><br><li>Earth’s Guardian – Gains HBTC key and access to the Lookout, forced Lawful (can still be good, neutral or evil, but they MUST prioritize protection of the Earth above all else. Whether they see it as a benevolent duty, or just protecting their own realm). Cannot leave Earth except when necessary to protect it.

<br><br><li>Primal Saiyan – Must be Saiyan, gains Oozaroo control and may become an oozaroo at will with no stat reductions, but can never turn into a Super Saiyan (With the exception of Super Saiyan 4, which may be obtained with an upgraded moon once BP requirement has been met, and requires RP and admin approval)

<ul><li>Alpha Icer:Gains scouter, Custom Giant form (Will pretty much be a 4th form that has the slight bp increase. Icon must be icer. So you would have to send me the icon of the icer you want me to change it to. Instead of 50%, it will be 25% but the decrease will also be 25% on the 50% and 15% on the 25%. Cept for energy. Energy stays the same)

<br><br><li>Ultimate form:Gains an editted giant form (Icon size wont change, char's look will though). Giant form will have 1.3 dura, 1.3 resistance, 1.3 offense, 1.3 str, 1.3 force and speed. Energy will be at .4, recovery will be at .4 as well as defense. Will have a higher cooldown to switch it on and off.
