  1. This would take too long to type in twitter's wordcount.

  3. Basically I live in Honolulu, Hawaii, and I go to Dave & Busters solely to play Dance Dance Revolution Ace (or A). There are three modes in DDR, which is Singles Play (1 player/1 pad), Versus Play (2 players/2 pads), and Doubles (1 player/2 pads). A technician can go into the settings option and change how much each mode costs, and currently Singles Play is about $1.50 USD per play, and Doubles requires two swipes for some reason, which is about $3 per play, which is about 6 minutes of gameplay on average. This option is really expensive for the regulars that go to the arcade, the reason this works in Japan is because they can pay in a special currency called PASELI, which is only sold in Japan. Using PASELI, people usually get a lot more bonus options in the game, since it uses an eAmuse system (which is why you guys sell the special eAmuse cards as well). PASELI is important because it actually allows people in Japan to play Doubles for pretty much the same cost as Singles play. A lot of arcades in Japan also have all day passes, where people can just pay $20 and play games for the rest of the day with unlimited plays.

  5. I feel like this is important to bring up because it's a simple fix for any technician that works on the machine (as I've seen the same options in other Konami music game cabinets), and it feels like players that only play Doubles is extremely excluded from playing on any day that isn't a discounted game day due to our plays literally costing double the amount of people that just play Singles. I explained this to the game managers at the Honolulu location, and they agreed that it should be 1 swipe to play Doubles, but there's nothing they can do because it's regulated by the heads at Dave & Busters. I'm sure there's actually hundreds of others that feel the same way, but I'm making an effort to actually get in contact with you folks to allow your managers to change the system for people that only play Doubles.
