Anyway, during these videos, he keeps repeating how important it is to have real NAP (Name, Adress & Phone number) on ALL your affiliate sites, as Google really sees this has a trust issue and penalizes sites without this info.

I never wanted to show my real name for privacy issues and I don't understand how Google penalizes you for this, as they are massive on the privacy issue, but anyway, I have 5 affiliate sites all with different personas and this could be holding me back, but I can't see how making up one persona for all sites would help. I already have all sites on Google Search Console on the same account, so Google already knows I'm lying about who I am on all 5 sites.

I suppose I could change all 5 sites to one persona, and remove them all from Google Search Console?

Should I be this worried?

Google thinks you need to reveal yourself so that users can trust you. And if users can't trust you, Google won't trust you either - he's on their side.
This is an interesting take on personas I have never seen anyone do before.

But, do we really reveal our personas while running affiliate sites? Unless it's an authority site that we are planning to build
And what about using fake personas?
You don't have to have a "person" behind your site, you can specify a company with a physical address instead.
