Backstory

The journey begins before even the age of 10. At the tender age of 6, Lucas had fallen into a cavern while playing with Pokemon one late night. It was a miracle he survived right? No, a pokemon had caught him before he had fallen. Well, caught isn't the right term. See the pokemon had been a ghost type of unknown origin that had taken over his body to stop him from falling via floating before watching over him the entire night along with a hoard of other ghosts. The next morning when Lucas woke up, he woke up to a shuppet floating over his chest making the kid freak out..the ghost freaked out. Okay, they both were freaking out. Shadows went everywhere! That had started the friendship that would turn pokemon and kid into Trainer and Partner 3 years later.


Having not needed a starter with Shuppet by his side, he started his journey into the wild world to show everyone ghost types aren't bad! During that time he got threw with Shuppet battling these crazy people named The Poachers.  A team of insane trainers that captured or killed pokemon. He couldn't stand that and started to work taking them down with the help of a new pokemon he had saved, a dieno.

Two years went past and now he stood at the final gym. It had taken him forever to get to Gyms and such.. But get learned this leader was also a Poacher. Now with his team(Bennett, Hydreigon, Rotom, Houndoom, Honchkrow, Golurk) he could finally end this mess and move on. That he did, he won by a land slaughter with just his Bennett only to turn him in...now for the league!

For the next few years after the league Lucas had spent time working on his skills as a pokemon trainer and his new friends. He had gotten a lot of them and knew each one's personality. Hell, with the money he had gained the now 16-year-old had bought a plantation for all his mons in his hometown along with starting a Gym with the help of some friends in the league. Everything was going well for 3 years until a letter came in saying he had been selected to join a new man-made region. Naturally being curious, he accepted. He already had an egg in hand...
