It was 2200 when a disturbance call had authorities dispatched to a local home in the poverty stricken area of Seoul. There had been wretched, blood- curdling cries of a woman coming from the flat just above the caller. There was the sounds of flesh being crushed against bone, and the cracking of them afterward. Her cries subsided only after a while, implying that her vital organs had been targeted last. Police had broken down the door and encountered the freshly battered, and partially dismembered corpse of a middle aged Korean woman, mother of Inhae Seo. There was a putrid smell which Sargeant Kim had compared to rotting flesh filling the hoarded studio, which didn't match the victim at the scene. Meanwhile, another team was set in a 15 block radius in search of the prime suspect, Seunghwan Seo. He was simply on the roof of the concrete complex, standing on the edge of it. Police vehicles lined up around the building, special forces sprinting up the stairs. Seunghwan was verbally ushered out in promises of having a merciful trial under the claim of insanity. He only laughed, and told them not to forget the rat in the kitchen before leaping off the building head first. They had already found it, a naked toddler in a caged crib.. hidden in the complete darkness of the kitchen's pantry. There were feces and urine covering the floor, her emaciated form clutching the bars and staring at them with animalistic wonder.

Later on, Japanese psychologists and scientists rushed to foster Inhae in order to research her social isolation and abuse in hopes to restore her speech and understanding of natural human mannerism. Selfishness in scientists had pushed their subject too far at points. Some had even abused her just as her father had - which caused a revoke in her case's sponsorship.

To this day, Inhae is generally mute except a few words but shows an advanced amount of understanding of the world around her and in language skills. The downfall of it all is that the more Inhae learned, the more she found to be afraid of. Inhae has developed over hundreds of diagnosed phobias, and needs the care of a mental facility to not be a anger to herself or others. She has shown much promise in evolving from a wild child to a functioning young woman in just ten years, excluding the vital years of development. Inhae is just missing one thing to unlock her true potential. God's Drug.

Effects of Agape: Psychokinesis is a vast subject in the world of what we call ' super powers '. In the world there have only been demonstrations of it in comic books, and old time carnivals where people would supposedly bend metal or control fire with their minds. Once Inhae is exposed to the drug, she is able to communicate clearly without any kind of vocal therapy. She is able to use over 40% of her brain versus the average amount of 10%, just without training. In that 40%, Inhae is able to use general telekinesis - but has the potential to go into other genres of psychokinesis, though there is the threat of losing control of so much force once unlocked.
