  1. Mordred readies herself to defend against Lancer's next attack in order to launch a counter-attack. The battle returns to a standstill, as neither of the mighty warriors want to make the first move against the other. Mordred showing herself to have a nearly impregnable defense, yet being unable to go on the offensive without leaving you completely open to being killed by one of Lancer's attacks. It's at least nice to see that as a king she already values the lives of her subjects to this degree, and she's not just going to rush off into battle without thinking things over first.

  3. The two of them continue to eye each other, trying to find holes in the attack and defense of the other, yet none can really afford to attack. Even her Noble Phantasm won't allow Lancer to defeat Mordred, as no amount of size changing will help her when Mordred already showed herself capable of blocking the weapon. You recall that the weight of Lancer's weapon is always at a set level, and the density of it merely shifts in relation to the size. Lancer's weapon is actually at it's most powerful when it is smaller, as a result.

  5. As the two continue their stand-off, you begin to wonder if anything is actually going to happen, you continue wondering this all the way up until the glass window of the coffee shop shatters, and in almost slow motion, you can see as the arrow smashes through.
