  1. Cape manifests crackling ethereal javelin. It works as a ranged weapon or melee weapon with reach. Impales targets/intersects ongoing powers. On an impale of an enemy parahuman, a small hole is torn to the shard dimension, and the used javelin gains a manifestation of the targeted cape. This leads to temporary wounds being inflicted when the parahuman attempts to use their power, or gain access to items affected by them. This effect lasts for two rounds.

  3. Each time an imbued javelin is used, roll 1d6. On a 5+, it's essence has been used up, and it disappears.
