PGHL-OS S1 Captain App

- Team Info -
Season 1 will consist of 14 teams, 8 of those 14 teams will make the playoffs at the end of the season.
Each team may presign 1 player of their choosing, that player must also comply.
Banned players from other leagues cannot apply for captaincy, and are not allowed to be signed, in other words they may not have any sort of admin commands.

- Captain Application -
You must have at least 3+ seasons in either HHCL or PGHL. (NOT INCLUDING ANY MINOR LEAGUES SUCH AS MPGHL AND HHCL MINOR LEAGUE)
You must state the top 3 teams you would like, NHL teams only.
It's important to have a good reputation with players and, if you have had admin in the past, to have a good rep for that too.
