1. Hey doggo!
 2. First off, I'd like to say thank you for taking your time to apply as a staff member. I'm sure it wasn't an easy decision for you to apply for positions like this because you are still very active in game as well as being in charge of your own guild. :)
 3.
 4. So I've read through your application and you seemed to have done a very well job at explaining about yourself. However, I'd wanted to ask you some follow-up questions as I believe it's important for us to fully understand who you are and what you are proficient at:
 5.
Level-headed: I am calm and sensible in situations of high tension and can deal with irrational people. I am also rational in the sense that, I will evaluate a situation from many different perspectives and give out fair and unbiased responses as well as my takes on different ideas.
6.
Thick-skinned: I am capable of taking in criticism and dealing with toxicity of unsavoury people.
7. It will be amazing for you to have traits like this if true- I can second that it is not an easy job to take criticisms at times and act rationally. Would you be able to provide us any experiences (if any) on confronting situations like that and how you handled it?
 8.
 9.
People skills: I am a friendly person and can easily connect with others. I deal with many different people in my current job and know how to apply myself when talking with different kinds of people as to not offend anyone.
10. You really do seem friendly so I trust you on that as well ;). However, from my experience, being too friendly and close to people can also lead to a whole separate problem where one becomes lenient and forgiving towards that particular person instead of treating like anybody else. When you become a GM, you are expected to judge everyone fairly regardless of how close you are to that person, which I find it to be the most challenging thing to do as often times you are faced with difficult situations on whether to pick a friendship over enforcing what is listed in terms of service. And since you have told us that you are friends with many other people on this server, I have a feeling that it will be the biggest obstacle for you to overcome as well as making sure that whatever we discuss as a staff stays for ourselves. Do you agree with this assessment? If so, how do you plan on overcoming it?
 11.
 12.
Misc: Programming; I believe i've learnt enough to attempt and create my own test server if I wanted to or if needed; so I could help with this potentially in the future if there is ever a requirement for coding assistance. I am fairly proficient with graphic design, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
13. Very nice! Could you elaborate on what type of language you are proficient in and whether you have any prior experience on coding for a private server? If so, what public source did you happen to use and is there anything you have created on that server that you would like to show us? (this question is just me being nerdy about it really hehe)
