Server Rules

`1.0.` **Respect everyone!**
`1.1.` No impersonation, i.e: pretending to be someone else or a bot.
`1.2.` No unnecessary mentions/pings.
`1.3.` No verbal abuse, harassment, bullying, threats or belittling (treat everyone equally!).
`1.4.` No sharing sensitive information of other users without their consent, including private DMs.
`1.5.` No doxing/DDoSing or threats of intent.
`1.6.` Do not start unnecessary arguments, nor encourage others to do so.
`1.7.` Respect other users' opinions and beliefs.
`1.8.` Respect users copyright on their artworks and articles and give credits or add the source if needed.

`2.0.` **Appropriate content only — keep all content and discussions PG13.**
`2.1.` No NSFW, lewd or suggestive content.
`2.2.` No gore, shock, disturbing, jumpscare or seizure inducing imagery.
`2.3.` No racism, hatespeech or discrimination.
`2.4.` No religious or political debates. This is a gaming Discord server centered around Genshin Impact, these topics ulimately lead to offending others and make people feel unwelcomed here, if you wish to have discussions about these topics consider taking it else where.
`2.5.` No excessive toxicity, trolling, edgelording or drama.
`2.6.` No spreading false information.
`2.7.` No malicious files or links.

`3.0.` **No Spamming or Disruptive behaviour.**
`3.1.` No voice spamming: leaving/joining or ear rape.
`3.2.` No spamming in any of the channels, includes but not limited to: flooding, ghostpinging, reactions, vertical typing, duplicate text, wall of text (use pastebin or something similar), excessive captial letters, copypastas and begging.
`3.3.` No advertising unless permitted otherwise, i.e: unrelated promotional content, unsolicted invites or recruitment. Report to a moderator if you were DM'd.
`3.4.` Keep conversations and content in their respective channels, take a look at the channel overview for an idea of what is allowed in each.
`3.4.1.` English is the primary language. Please communicate so, except on channels which are made for this case/language especially.

`4.0.` **You agree to abide by all rules and Discord ToS/Guidelines.**
`4.1.` No self bots or third party client modifications (ToS).
`4.2.` No arguing with the moderators or discussing punishments publicly. If you have a problem, take it to DM's or a moderator.
`4.3.` Have common sense and do not try to circumvent the rules via loopholes or other means.
