Just a front part of the vest big enough to state service dog. Vest is blue. Service dog registration papers are required. This is done through SDRA (Service Dog Registration of America). Neither the vest nor the owner in the video provided the proof required. Tags are required too. An identification card has a registration number on it. That does not seem to show in the video. The dog is running with a leash. Real service don't run with a leash as it can cause the to tangle up with the dog.
