Alexithymiaa: -Steph was in the pool swimming laps, doing her best to take seconds off her time. She still wasn't swimming as hard with her right leg, or kicking off the wall with it at all so she was a little sloppy on her turns and overall slower than she should be. Reaching the opposite side of the pool, she resurfaced and sucked in a deep breath, pausing so she could rest a minute.-
Covet: Felix had been timing her, while watching her, and looking at his phone for ideas for the cover of the band's album. Flipping through different pictures for inspiration. He scrunched up his nose and grubled then hit the stop button as she stopped and came up for air. " Still pretty much the same. Once your turns are cleaned up and if you start working your right leg more I think you'll get that extra momentum. Want to do one more and push it a little more?"

Alexithymiaa: "Dammit." She mumbled, slapping her hand at the water before sinking a little. "No... I don't want to push it a little more." She planted her hands on the edge of the pool and lifted her body out to get her feet under her, leaning on her left leg and lifting her arms to run her fingers back through her wet hair to push it out of her face. "What are you looking at?"-
Covet: "Did you work with the new gadget that Andre brought over at all?" He asked her as he turned his phone around to her to show her the screen, " Inspiration and ideas for the album cover. Staying on top of my work for the label. Did you know they're even letting me get an assistant for this next shoot? We're moving up in the world."
Alexithymiaa: "Uhhhhh...." She trailed off, not wanting to lie, but not exactly quick to tell him she hadn't touched it. "I didnt get to it today." She settled for that. She put her hand out for the crutch she'd leaned against the chair, not wanting to take a step without it. "Oh okay cool so they sent that to you then. They asked us what we wanted and I just kept telling them we'd talk to you about it, but they insisted on having something down on paper." She paused, raising her brows. "They're sending you someone for Thursday?"-
Covet: "What did we talk about." He said setting his phone down. "Leaning his head back as he slumped where he sat. He saw her reaching for the crush, " Have you even tried without you crutch? Or have you become that dependent on it now? " He asked her. "Yeah they did, and I think for Thursday, he said for the studio time, so I assume it's Thursday. I imagine the label needs something down for the budget or something? " He said watching her intently.
Alexithymiaa: (He shouldnt get too excited about an assistant. Theyre only going to send like a freshman intern type lmao)
Covet: [XD That's more than he's ever had before so he's probably going to wind up just having them stand there while he does it anyways XD]
Alexithymiaa: -She opened her mouth to speak and closed it quickly, letting her hand drop to her side as she just stood there soaking wet in place. "I can't just jump right into walking without it.... these things take time." She pouted, pulling her arms around her middle because now she was cold. "I guess, yeah. We had to show them our looks... which was stupid because it's the same sort of theme we always go for. Grungy rock."-
Covet: "I get that, but you're not even willing to try. So don't give me that kind of attitude." He told her standing up, walking over to her holding his hands out. " Do you want to set yourself up for success with this swimming thing, Or do you want to set yourself up for failure, by weakening your shoulder and not strengthening your knee?" He said in a soft one as he watched her. "I'll be right here so you're not going to fall."
Alexithymiaa: "That's not fair..." She started, staring up at his face. "We have the shoot Thursday and we're opening for the guys all weekend. What happens if I hurt myself even more and I can't get through the things I need to get through that are important to me because I was insistant on taking a few steps?"-
Covet: "I'm right here. You're not going to hurt yourself. I'm not asking you to take a giant leap. I'm just asking you to take some steps. Without your crutch. You can't keep leaning on it, and if you keep putting it as a last priority, it's going to keep you back from those other important things. This is important to." He told her with his hands still out.
Alexithymiaa: -She chewed on her lower lip, staying quiet for a long minute. "If I take a couple of steps, can we just sit down and hangout right after?" She asked, trying to bargain with him a little to at least only take a few steps.-
Covet: "If you take five steps. We can sit down, and smoke and just hang out after." He told her stepping closer so, hoping it offered more security. " You can take your time with them, and they don't have to be big, but I want at least one foot clearing the length of the other for it to count."
Alexithymiaa: -She reached her hands out for his because even if she couldn't lean, she needed that mental security that if she had to, she could. "Fine, but you're going to talk to me about what the hell was going on last night." She said with a hint of a laugh because she was at the stage where she still found their shit funny. She took a baby step forward, more sliding her barefoot along the ground than a step.-
Covet: Felix held her hands tightly and gave her a soft smile, then rolled his eyes, " Okay, but there's not really anything to talk about. Your friend was doing shit just to intentionally irritate me." He said with a scoff, holding his arms steady so she could lean forward a little if she needed.
Alexithymiaa: "Uhuh, don't act like you weren't doing it too." She said as she held onto him, easing her weight onto her right leg and letting out a hiss before shaking her head. "I can't."-
Covet: "I was, and I own up to it. But he started it." Felix said then gave her hands a squeeze. "Yes you can, you've got this. The more you do it, the less it's going to hurt. Your body will get comfortable with the weight and that tension will release. Think about it like when you first get out of bed. Everything is achey and sore because you were imobile. You've been imobile on this for a while, so you're going to be achey and sore, until you get up, and stretch and move it."
Alexithymiaa: "Well it's not necessary for you both to whip your dicks out everytime you're in the same room. He might think he has something to prove, but you shouldn't." She squeezed his hands tighter, pursing her lips and listening to his words as she struggled to take another step.-
Covet: "I know it's not necessary, but it's like with being competitive, sometimes I just can't help it. It comes out.. and he brings it out" Felix told her watching her. "Take a deep breath and hold it as you go through it. Think about something else to take your mind off the pain. Like... How good my kisses feel on your neck."
Alexithymiaa: "Well he's not supposed to be the one to bring your dick out, that's for sure. Just promise me you won't be at each other's throats all weekend. I want these shows to actually be fun." She kept her firm hold on his hands, glancing down at her feet and sucking in a huge breath. Not exactly what he meant, you dumbass. "Well I WAS thinking about how you better take me dancing once I can finally dance again, but kisses work too."-
Covet: "Ha ha, homoerotic jokes aside, I have plans to keep myself distracted this weekend. With taking lots of awesome photos and thinking about the album art." He told her in a sincere tone. "I promise it will still be fun for you." Felix added then watched her as she just held her breath and stood there, "You have to take the step while you hold your breath and think about happy good feelings." He said with a chuckle, "I will definitely take you dancing to make up for all those we've missed since you hurt your knee. But.. you have to take your steps."
Alexithymiaa: "Good. I'm glad it's giving you something to work on." She closed her eyes, taking another small step and wincing. "I want to go dancing and I want to wear heels and I want to feel confident and I want to be able to actually perform..." She trailed off, trying to psych herself up a little here.-
Covet: "I can't wait to spin you around, to see the smile on your face as we dance. I can't wait to see you up on stage owning every inch of it." Felix added grinnind as she took another step. "That's it. You're doing fantastic."
Alexithymiaa: "And I'll run around with Penny babysit Baby B..." She started again, keeping her eyes closed as she took another step. "Is that five yet?"-
Covet: "Mhhm. We can go hiking, and We still have to make a trip to Cedar Point." He told her then, stepped closer to pull her in for a hug. "It's close enough. You tried and you succeeded without the crutch. That's all I really wanted you to do." He said kissing the top of her head." Now come on. We've got some relaxing and smoking to do. We can set up my laptop out here on the patio and watch a movie while we smoke and I can rub your legs?" He asked her as he picked her up.
Alexithymiaa: "And our end of Summer camping trip." She added, because she knew he loved camping, and she just liked spending time with him. She smiled when he scooped her up, draping her arm around his shoulders. "That sounds awesome. When you grab your laptop, can you grab a towel too?" She asked, leaning her head to the side to lookk innocent, but she just straight up forgot to bring a towel out.-
Covet: "Yes, I can do that." He told her as he sat her down in a chair and ran inside to go get the things in order for them to relax.
