Excel-Fix Names that have Extra data appended to name

Fix Names that have common text appended on the full name.

i.e.
FullName 				Original Name
John Doe-Updates 		John Doe

This can be fixed in Excel using a formula like the following by using the "-" character as the character to look at and retrieve all the text to the left of it.:
=LEFT(A2,FIND("-",A2)-1)
