Black Mage: INT-based, offensive caster
Conjurer: No base statistic, buffs self using Summons
Dark Knight: STR-based, a powerful warrior of darkness that cuts themselves for higher damage
Freelancer: No base statistic, the all-arounder, has almost no in-combat skills, is alright at everything
Knight: STR-based, is a tank that can intercept for allies
Merchant: No base statistic, uses money instead of mana, is kinda a support
Monk: STR-based, is a high damage unarmed user
Ninja: STR-based, highest speed in the game, best dual wielder
Performer: No base statistic, is a support based on buffing
Pirate: STR-based, highest strength in the game but with low accuracy and high mana costs
Ranger: DEX-based, can hunt specific enemy types for high damage to them, high BP usage
Red Mage: INT and MND-based, is based on combos and uses both Black and White mage spells
Salve-Maker: INT-based, is a support that debuffs (and sometimes buffs) using items
Spell Fencer: INT and STR-based, has high magic defense and applies spells to weapons for damage
Spiritmaster: MND-based, is a support with high mana costs and the best mind stat in the game, but lacks healing spells
Summoner: INT-based, high damage AoE caster that only gets 1 spell per chapter (might not even have spells until chap 2?)
Swordsmaster: STR-based, high defense counter-based fighter, based on predicting enemies
Templar: STR-based, best defense in the game, has +1 max BP, based on defending allies
Thief: DEX-based, steals from people and has surprisingly good damage
Time Mage: INT-based, a support with decent damage and can do some buffs and debuffs
