- 3 cups gluten free all purpose flour
- 2 tsp yeast
- (Second batch, I'm adding:
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder)
- Add the dry ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix together.
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp agave
- Add the agave to the warm water and stir it in.
- Pour the warm water over the flour mix and stir until it begins to congeal into dough.
- Using your hands, knead the dough together, mixing any loose flour and wet spots for even distribution, knead for another 2 minutes.
- Cover the bowl with a cloth and leave to rise in a warm location for 30 minutes. I did the oven at 350F and then left on top of the stove.
- After 30 minutes, take the risen ball of dough and place it on a floured surface, I use a silicone baking mat.
- Heat up a skillet on the stovetop on medium-high heat (I used 8).
- While the skillet is heating, roll the dough into a rope about a foot long, then cut into eight even pieces.
- Roll out each piece one at a time as you cook them, into a roughly oval shape, and place on the hot skillet. Cook on each side for 2 minutes, giving a decent char. While one cooks, roll out the next.

- Edit: I've discovered with my second batch, having added in 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp onion powder to the flour, then after rolling them out sprinkling a dash of garlic powder to each side and pat pat patting it in, that it seems to cook faster. I'm only having to do these 1 minute each side, something to keep in mind!
